A'INA-E-KAMALAT-E-ISLAM-DAFI UL-WASĀWIS وَقَدْ بَانَ وَجْهُ الْحَقِّ فِيْهِ وَضَاحَةً كَخَدٌ نَقِي اللَّوْنِ لَمْ يَتَخَدَّدِ The countenance of the Truth has been amply manifested in it Like a comely cheek that has no sign of sickness or weakness. وَإِنِّي مِنَ اللَّهِ الْكَرِيمِ مُجَدِّدُ وَمِنْهُ مُبَارَاتِي وَسَيْفِي وَأَجْرَدِي I have been commissioned as a Mujaddid [Reformer]; He has granted me the power to fight as well as the sword and speedy stallion. وَوَاللهِ إِنِّي مِنْ نَخِيلٍ خَمِيلَةٍ حِبِّن بِبُسْتَانِيْ يَرُوْحُ وَيَغْتَدِى By God, I am a date palm tree yielding abundant fruit; My Beloved graced me with His presence day and night. وَقَدْ خَصَّنِيْ رَبِّي وَأَلْقَى رِدَاءَهُ عَلَيَّ فَمَا تَدْرُونَ مَا تَحْتَ بُرْجُدِى My Lord specified me and covered me with His mantle- How would you know what is behind this decorated mantle? وَقَدْ ذُلّلتْ نَفْسِي بِتَوْفِيقِ خَالِقِيْ فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِن فَوْقَ مَوْرٍ مُّعَبَّدِ My self became obedient with the ability granted by the Creator; There is none like me in this trodden path. نَمَا كُلُّ عِلْمٍ صَالِحٍ فِي قَرِيحَتِن كَأَشْجَارِ مَوْلِي الْأُسِرَّةِ أَغْيَدِ Every blessed knowledge is flourishing within my nature Like a tree with thick and multiple branches. فَجَدَّدْتُ تَوْحِيْدًا عَفَتْ آثَارُهُ وَطَهَّرْتُ أَرْضَ الدِّينِ مِنْ كُلِّ جَلْسَدِ I have revived the belief in the Oneness of God which had virtually disappeared. I have cleansed the land of the Faith from all idols. 592
