AN ACCOUNT OF SOME OF MY HELPERS 567 Prophethood. In addition to that, so far as his outstanding courage: and pure nature are concerned, these traits too, have been enlightened by the light of the Holy Prophetas. He has a rare, unparalleled, and match- less personality. Multiple streams of light, replete with mysteries, originate from every look he casts and the fountains of thought flow from the nib of his pen. This is the sheer grace of Allah, which He bestows on whom He pleases, and He is the Best of providers. There is no doubt that he is one of the rare academic religious philosophers. He is the leader of religious writers. People drink from his fast-flowing clean water and buy his noble eloquence like cups of pure beverage, for he is the pride of the virtuous, the chosen ones, and the believers. His heart is illu- minated with the light of delicate and subtle understanding. In addi- tion to that, it is filled with profound knowledge, truth, and mysteries. Furthermore, his heart contains deep mysteries within mysteries, and it has been enlightened by the light of righteous people. When he speaks extemporarily and uses well-chosen, fine words and rare eloquence, it appears as if he has won the hearts and minds through subtle songs and the touch of David's flute. In this manner, he presents extraordinary and lucid arguments. Whenever he initiates a conversation or indulges in dialogue, wisdom flows from his mouth like recurrent overwhelming tidal waves which reach the mouths of the audience. When I pondered over his excellence I found him a rare example of knowledge, actions, virtue, and financial sacrifice. He is extremely genius, enlightened, and is the quintessence of the righteous and chosen ones. He has been bestowed with wealth and generosity, so a great deal is expected of him. He is the leader of those who strives to help the Faith; therefore, I am proud of him. People go to his home with expectations of hope, requesting his help for their needs. He never turns his face away from anyone who goes to his home to see him; rather, he provides financial help to those in need. He takes such delight, with all his heart, in meeting with me, as a wealthy person is delighted upon discovering gold. He, out of his love and faith, comes to meet me from a far-flung area.
