ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE MUBAHALAH 309 This is the permission to enter into mubāhalah which has been granted to this humble one, but along with this, I also mention some of the other revelations I received as glad tidings. And these are: يَوْمَ يَجِيْنُ الْحَقُّ وَيُكْشَفُ الصِّدْقُ وَيَخْسَرُ الْخَاسِرُوْنَ . أَنْتَ مَعِي وَأَنَا مَعَكَ وَلَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا الْمُسْتَرْشِدُوْنَ. نَرُدُّ إِلَيْكَ الْكَرَّةَ الثَّانِيَةَ وَنُبَدِّ لَنَّكَ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِكَ أَمْنًا. يَأْتِي قَمَرُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَأَمْرُكَ يَتَأَتَى يَسُرُّ اللَّهُ وَجْهَكَ وَيُنِيْرُ بُرْهَانَكَ. سَيُوْلَدُ لَكَ الْوَلَدُ ويُدْنى مِنْكَ الْفَضْلُ إِنَّ نُوْرِى قَرِيبٌ. وقَالُوا أَنِّى لَكَ هَذَا قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ عَجِيْبٌ. وَلَا تَيْنَسْ مِنْ رَّوْحِ اللَّهِ. أَنْظُرْ إِلى يُوْسُفَ وَإِقْبَالِهِ. قَدْ جَاءَ وَقْتُ الْفَتْحِ وَالْفَتْحُ أَقْرَبُ. يَخِرُّوْنَ عَلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ. رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا خَاطِئِينَ . لَا تَثْرِيْبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْيَوْمَ يَغْفِرُ اللهُ لَكُمْ وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ. أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَسْتَخْلِفَ فَخَلَقْتُ آدَمَ نَجِيَّ الْأَسْرَارِ. إِنَّا خَلَقْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ فِي يَوْمٍ مَّوْعُوْدٍ. Meaning that: On that day truth will come and truthfulness will be laid open and the losers will suffer loss. You are with Me and I am with you and this is known only to those who possess good sense. We shall grant you success a second time and shall convert your fear into security. The moon of the Prophets will come and your affair will become manifest. Allah will make your countenance cheerful and will illumine your reasoning. Soon will a son be born to you and grace will come close to you. My light is near. They ask you: 'Whence have you obtained this?' Say: Allah is Wonderful. Such are His acts: He honours whomsoever He wishes. Despair not of the mercy of Allah. Look at Yūsuf [Joseph] and his glory. The time of victory has arrived and victory is close. The opponents, that is, who are des- tined to be forgiven, will fall into prostration and will suppli- cate: Our Lord forgive us our sins; we were in error. No blame shall lie upon you this day; Allah will forgive your sins and He is the Arhamur-Rāhimin [Most Merciful of those who show
