262 ΑΙΝΑ-Ε-ΚΑMĀLĀT-E-ISLAM-DAFI UL-WASĀWIS لاجرم غیروں سے دل اپنا چھڑایا ہم نے اُس سے بہتر نظر آیا نہ کوئی عالم میں I found no one better than him in the entire universe; No doubt, I have freed my heart from all else. جب سے عشق اس کا تہ دل میں بٹھا یا ہم نے مورد قہر ہوئے آنکھ میں اغیار کے ہم I became the object of wrath for the others Ever since I placed his love in the depth of my heart. افترا ہے جسے از خود ہی بنایا ہم نے زعم میں ان کے مسیحائی کا دعویٰ میرا In their imagination, my claim of being the Messiah Is an imposture, coined by myself. کافر و ملحد و دجال ہمیں کہتے ہیں نام کیا کیا غم ملت میں رکھایا ہم نے They call me disbeliever, apostate, and deceiver— What epithets I have earned for my passionate devotion to the Ummah! گالیاں سن کے دعا دیتا ہوں ان لوگوں کو رحم ہے جوش میں اور غیظ گھٹایا ہم نے I hear the abuse, but pray for these people— My compassion is surging and I have subdued the anger. تیرے منہ کی ہی قسم میرے پیارے احمد تیری خاطر سے یہ سب بار اٹھایا ہم نے I swear by your countenance, O my dear Ahmadsas! For your sake alone have I taken up all this burden. اپنے سینہ میں یہ اک شہر بسایا ہم نے تیری الفت سے ہے معمور مرا ہر ذرہ Every particle of my being is saturated with your love, It is a veritable city that I have populated in my heart. سیف کا کام قلم سے ہی دکھایا ہم نے صف دشمن کو کیا ہم نے بہ حجت پامال I have vanquished the ranks of the enemy with conclusive arguments; With the pen alone have I accomplished the task of the sword.
