MISCONCEPTION IN NUR AFSHAN آزمائش کے لئے کوئی نہ آیا ہر چند ہر مخالف کو مقابل پر بلایا ہم نے No one came to test me, even though I challenged every opponent to compete. یو نہی غفلت کے لحافوں میں پڑے سوتے ہیں وہ نہیں جاگتے سو بار جگایا ہم نے They are lying asleep under the coverings of negligence. They do not wake up despite my repeated efforts to awaken. جل رہے ہیں یہ سبھی بعضوں میں اور کینوں میں باز آتے نہیں ہر چند ہٹایا ہم نے They are burning in bitterness and bigotry; They do not desist despite my repeated efforts. آؤ لو گو کہ یہیں نور خدا پاؤ گے لو تمہیں طور تسلّی کا بتایا ہم نے Come, O people! Herein you will find the light of God; Lo! I have told you the way of satisfaction. دل کو ان نوروں کا ہر رنگ دلایا ہم نے آج ان نوروں کا اک زور ہے اِس عاجز میں Today those lights are surging in this humble one; I have dyed my heart with every hue of those lights. ذات سے حق کے وجود اپنا ملایا ہم نے جب سے یہ نور ملا نور پیمبر سے ہمیں Ever since I received this light from the light of the Prophetsas, I have joined my being with the Being of the True One. اس سے یہ نور لیا بار خدایا ہم نے حد ہو سلام اور رحمت مصطفیٰ پر ترابے Shower Your countless blessings and peace upon Mustafa. Allah is my Witness: from him I received this light. ربط ہے جانِ محمد سے مری جاں کو مدام دل کو وہ جام لبالب ہے پلایا ہم نے My soul is forever wedded to the soul of Muhammadas; I have filled my heart to the brim with this elixir. 261
