72 ΑΙΝΑ-Ε-ΚΑMĀLĀT-E-ISLAM-DAFI UL-WASĀWIS من از یار آمدم تا خلق را این ماه بنمانم گر امروزم نمی بینی به بینی روز حسرت را I have come from the Lord to show this Moon to the people; If you recognize me not today, you shall surely see a mournful day. گر از چشم تو پنهانست شانم دم مزن بارے کہ بد پر ہیز بیمارے نہ بلند روئے صحت را If my exalted station is hidden from your eyes, do not be impatient; For the sick man who is careless does not regain his health. چو چشم حق شناس و نور عرفانت نه بخشیدند نهادی نام کافر لاجرم عشاق ملت را Since you have not been granted the eye to recognize the truth and the light of cognition, That is surely why you label those who are the lovers of the faith as disbelievers. کجا از آستان مصطفے اے ابله بگریزیم نمی یا بیم در جائے دگر این جاه و دولت را O fool, where can we run away to, from the court of the Chosen Prophet of God? For we can find no other place to attain such honour and riches. خدا از رحمت و احسال میسر کرد خلوت را محمد اللہ کہ خود قطع تعلق کر دیں قومے Praise be to God that the people themselves separated from me; God, in His mercy and kindness, vouchsafed me privacy. چه دوز نها که میدیدیم بدیدار چنین رو با بنازم دلبر خود را که بازم داد جنت را What a hellish sight did I see in those faces! I glorify my Beloved who has restored my paradise to me. چه مه سوزی ازاں قربی که با دلدار میدارم اگر زوریست در دستت بگردان رزق قسمت را Why do you burn with envy if I enjoy nearness to my Beloved? If you have the power, deprive me of my appointed sustenance.
