AN ODE The Day of Allah has come! A very pure day! Good news for those who are rightly guided, who stand and seek! The hands of our Subduer [i. e. God] have outstripped the sword of the enemy; And thus you will see how the weakened enemy is covered with dust. I am the Messiah, so do not think otherwise; Truly, the Mahdi has come to you, yet you deny him. Have the disbelievers spared any effort in causing harm? Or do you not see how Islam is being dissolved? Their hordes descended on the land of the Muslims; And the wicked one among them abuses the Prophet and maligns.
