جاز liberated. اِسْتَجَارَ مِنْ فُلانٍ or اِسْتَجَارَهُ بِفُلانٍ مِّنْ فُلانٍ : He sought the protection of such a one from such a one. اِسْتَجَارَكَ فَاَجِرْهُ : Who seek thy protection, grant him protection )96( جَارٌ )plural جِيْرَانٌ( : A neighbour; one who lives near or next door to another; a person whom one protects from wrongful treatment; one who seeks or asks protection; a protector or one who protects another from that which he fears; one who gives refuge or protects; an aider or assister; a confederate; a woman's husband; a man's wife; a partner who has not divided with his partner; a partner who divides the property with another or not; a partner who divides with another; the pudendum of a woman. وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ : And the neighbour that is a kinsman and the neighbour that is a stranger )4:37( وَإِنِّي جَارٌ لَّكُمْ : And I am your protector )849( تَجَاوَرُوْا : They became mutual neighbours; they bound themselves by a covenant to protect one another. قِطَعْ مُّتَجَاوِرَاتٌ : Diverse tracts adjoining one another )13:5( جَوْرٌ an inf. noun used as an epithet = جَائِرٌ : Deviating from the right course; acting unjustly. طَرِيقٌ جَوْرٌ أَوْجَائِرٌ : A road or way deviating from the right course. وَمِنْهَاجَائِرٌ : And some of them deviate from the right course )16:10( جَوْرٌ : Oppression; injustice. ذُوْجَوْرٍ : Wronged or unjustly treated by the judge. جار He : جَازَ الْمَوْضِعَ اَوْجَازَ الْمَكَانَ مَجَاز and جَوَاز inf. noun يَجُوزُ aor جَازَ passed along the place and left it behind. جَاوَزَ الْحَدَّ : He exceeded or transgressed the proper limit or bound; he was or became extravagant or exorbitant. جَاوَزَ الْقَاضِي الْبَيْعَ : The judge executed the transaction فَلَمَّا جَاوَزَ : When they had gone further And when We brought the : وَجَاوَزْنَا بِبَنِي إِسْرَاءِ يْلَ الْبَحْرَ .
