The Miraculous Qasidah 77 ْنِنَا ی ِ ُ مُع ِ نُوْر ُ الْخُلْد ْن ی ِ ٌ مَّع ْن ی ِ مَع ْنِنَا ی ِ ُ مُع ِ نُوْر ُ الْخُلْد ْن ی ِ ٌ مَّع ْن ی ِ ُمَع َتَکَدَّر ی َ اْل ِ ُ الْمَاء ْر ی ِ ُ نَم ُھُدَاه َتَکَدَّر ی َ اْل ِ ُ الْمَاء ْر ی ِ ُ نَم ھُدَاه It is like pure water—the water of Paradise; It is the light of our Lord, whose guidance is clear and free of contamination. ِ ْد ِ جَاءَت ْ مِن َ السَّمَاء ی ِ َه ُ کَالْغ ی أَرٰی آ ِ ْد ِ جَاءَت ْ مِن َ السَّمَاء ی ِ َه ُ کَالْغ ی ُأَرٰی آ َتَدَبَّر ی ْ لَّذِي ِّ ٌ ل شِفَاء ْھَا ی فِ َ ُو َتَدَبَّر ی ْ لَّذِي ِّ ٌ ل شِفَاء ْھَا ی فِ َ و Its verses are beautiful and have descended from Heaven; There is cure in them for those who ponder over them. وَیُصْبِي قُلُوْب َ النَّاس ِ بِالنُّوْر ِ وَالْھُدٰی ُوَیُصْبِي قُلُوْب َ النَّاس ِ بِالنُّوْر ِ وَالْھُدٰی َظْأَر ی َ ِ و ْن ی ِ بِالْمَع الْعَطَاشٰی ُوَیُرْوِي َظْأَر ی َ ِ و ْن ی ِ بِالْمَع الْعَطَاشٰی وَیُرْوِي The Holy Quran attracts the hearts of mankind to itself with light and guidance, And quenches the thirst of the thirsty and offers them milk like a maidservant. ٍ وَقَد ْ کَان َ صُحْف ٌ قَبْلَه ُ مِثْل َ خَادِج ٍ ُوَقَد ْ کَان َ صُحْف ٌ قَبْلَه ُ مِثْل َ خَادِج لِیُغَزَّر ِ الْوَرٰی ْل ی ِ َ لِتَکْم ُفَجَاء لِیُغَزَّر ِ الْوَرٰی ْل ی ِ َ لِتَکْم فَجَاء The scriptures before it were like the she-camel that gave birth prema- turely to its offspring; The Holy Quran came to perfect mankind, so that the entire amount of milk could be obtained once and for all. ُ سُدُوْلَه ِ أَرْخٰی ِ الْبَحْر ٍ کَمَوْج ْل ی َ بِل ُ سُدُوْلَه ِ أَرْخٰی ِ الْبَحْر ٍ کَمَوْج ْل ی َ ُبِل أَدْرٰی کُل َّ مَن ْ کَان َ یُبْصِر َ ُتَجَلّٰی و أَدْرٰی کُل َّ مَن ْ کَان َ یُبْصِر َ تَجَلّٰی و The Holy Quran came during a night that had spread like a sea-wave; So, it came and caused all—who were capable—to see. ُ ُ شَأْنَه ْ أَتُنْکِر الْمُغْوِي أَیُّهَا َا ی َ أ ُ ُ شَأْنَه ْ أَتُنْکِر الْمُغْوِي أَیُّهَا َا ی َ ُأ مُزَوِّر َا ی ُ ْرُه ی غَ ْنَا ی َدَ ی ْ فِي مَا َ ُو مُزَوِّر َا ی ُ ْرُه ی غَ ْنَا ی َدَ ی ْ فِي مَا َ و O one who misleads! Will you dare to deny the glory of the Holy Quran? O one who fabricates lies! Aside from the Holy Quran, what else is there that we possess?
