BarĀhĪn-e-a H madiyya — Part three 246 �یط�اں ش س یل ِ دبی ابندش اِل ّا رےگ ز م� ی دہ آں را رشب دبامن زکرہ رشے ر�ہ The inclination towards evil is a satanic trait; A true human, I say, is one who is delivered from all evils. اے اکن ِ درلابیئ دامن ہک از اجکیئ قلخ آرف�ی دہ ی وت ونر ِ آں دخایئ ک O treasure of beauty, I know whence you came, You are the light of God, who created all creation. م امندن ابسک وبحمب ِ نم وتیئ سب م�یل ی دہ � ز�ی را ہک زاں اغفں رس ونرت امب ر I have forsaken all else, you alone are now my beloved, For you are the light that has come to us from the Lord who answers our supplications. Moreover… َٰیلج الکن ا ےس ونروں بس وج ےہ ونرِ رفاقں اپک وہ سج ےس � ی اونار اک در� ی ا الکن The light of the Quran is the brightest of all lights, Holy is He from whom this river of spiritual light issued forth. د اک رُماھج یہ الچ اھت وپدا ی قح یک وتح ٰیالکن ف � ا ٴ �ی� ب ےس � ی ہمشچ عن اناہگں The tree of faith in the Oneness of God was about to wither away; All of a sudden, this pure spring gushed forth from the unseen. ی را رفاقں ےہ ہک اک اعمل ےہ ت ا ا یہٰل � ی � م ہ ی ّا الکن ی وج رضوری اھت وہ بس اس م O Allah! Your Furq a n [the Holy Quran] is a universe in itself; It contains everything that was ever needed. دںیھکی ی ن بساہجںاھچنےکچاسریداک� ہ الکن ش �ی� ش س یہ ی ا� ہ ی ےئم رعافن اک � We searched the whole world, we rummaged through all the shops, But we found only this one goblet containing true knowledge of the Divine.
