Sub-Footnote Number Two 247 �ب�یہ ش � ت ی � کِ ےساسونریکنکمموہاہجںم � ا الکن ت �یک� ی رہ وفص م ی وہ وت رہ ابت م The similitude of this light cannot be found in the entire world, For it is unique in every way, and matchless in every quality. رفاقں ےہ اصع ومٰیس اک ہک ےھت ےھجمس ےلہپ یح� ا الکن مس� رھپ وج وساچ وت رہ اک ظفل At first we thought that the Quran is like the staff of Moses, But on further reflection, we found every word to be a Messiah. الکِنےہ وصقر اانپ یہ ادنوھں اک ورگہن وہ ونر ا ن ی ب � ِ ّر َی ن ا اکمچ ےہ ہک دص � ی ا� Blind as they are, it is their own fault; Otherwise, this light has shone as bright as a hundred suns. ی م ا ی ن د� اِس ےہ اخک ا ی ک یک وں ی ا� زدنیگ َٰیمع الکن ا دل یھب وہےت ےک ونر اِس اک نج How pathetic is the life of those people in this world, Whose hearts remained blind even in the presence of this light. ی ہ ےنلجےسآےگیہ�ی ولگوتلجاجےت� ا الکن ُت پ نج یک رہ ابت طقف وھُجٹ اک � Such people, whose every word is but an effigy of falsehood, Are burnt [in the fire of jealousy] even before they are put into the Fire. A Christian spokesman—the same correspondent who wrote in N u r Afsh an —also writes the following, using a pseudonym, on the same subject: ‘Had the writer not been busy in his worldly affairs, he would have shown from which sources the Holy Quran had been plagiarized. ’ How strange, gentlemen! How unmistakably you have followed in the footsteps of the Jews. You have dragged the same objection to the Holy Quran which the Jews have long levelled against the Gospels. You must not have uttered such a blatant lie in the entire span of your life as you have done now to please the Christians.
