To the latter group I would like to say that their attitude is unconstructive and can- not benefit them at all. Jesus Christ himself was abused in a worse manner by his opponents, the scribes and Pharisees. We should not be antagonistic towards one another in the matter of religion. We Muslims believe that Jesus Christ was a prophet of God and that he, like other great prophets, suffered at the hands of opponents, who failed in their object to cause him to die an accursed death.
