With Love to Muhammad (sa) - The Khatam-un-Nabiyyin — Page 37
Relationship of Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n to L ā Nabiyya Ba‘ad ī 37 which explicitly states only 30 liars would appear in the Muslim ummah. What are we to do once that number has been achieved? If Farhan Khan was right, the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa would never have placed a limit on the number of false claimants to prophethood that were to come after him. Instead of saying ثثون a Dذابون a اGُت a B a :aiون a إHہ [Indeed, there will arise in my ummah thirty arch-liars], he would have said a اGُت a B a :aiون a إHہ Dثiرون a Dذابون [Indeed, there will arise in my ummah many liars]. In fact, this is a riddle that non-Ahmad ī s cannot solve no matter how hard they try!!! While Farhan Khan insists that false prophets will keep on coming endlessly as the Holy Prophet sa is the very last prophet, after whom no prophet can come, the had ī th quoted by him states that there will only be 30 of them. After that, one must be careful in judging claimants to prophethood. From a literal perspective, this number has already been achieved. In the commentary of Sah ī h Muslim , Al- Ikm ā l Al-Akm ā l , it is stated: a زeGہ a Gن a ٔ تeبا a Gن a Fو@د a BاHہ a دCہ a ?gر a اFحدMث a Kذا a :cم a و a @icہ a اﷲ a c< a M]رف a و a اF]دد a Kذا a Fبcغ a اﻻٰن a اF اFت a M[اFع a Gن a ذFک ار Mخ This had ī th had demonstrated its truth, for, if all the false claimants to prophethood are counted from the time of the Holy Prophet sa until today, then, this number has surely been achieved and whoever studies history would know this. 16 16 As-Sharah Al-Ikm ā l Al-Akm ā l , Volume 7, Page 458
