38 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n It must be noted that the writer of this book died in 828 Hijr ī ! Hence, those 30 who broke the seal and claimed independent prophethood came a long time ago! Third, if Farhan Khan’s faulty understanding is correct, then no prophets can ever come after the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa. Hence, whoever claims to be a prophet has to be a dajj ā l [i. e. , liar or deceiver]. If this is correct, then the statements of the Holy Prophet sa regarding the coming of a prophet in the future would be incorrect, and by stating this, Farhan Khan is essentially accusing the Holy Prophet sa of contradicting himself. In quoting the Holy Prophet sa , he states that there can be no prophet after him whatsoever , yet the Holy Prophet sa himself has stated that a prophet will come and not only that, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of accepting the truth of that prophet! The following ah ā d ī th by the Holy Prophet sa clearly indicate he prophesied the coming of a prophet in the Latter Days: احابہ a و a ٰ Wi@ a اﷲ a Hب The prophet of All ā h, Jesus, and his companions 17 Wi@ a e]M a بeiہ a و a بei a iFس Hازل a اHہ a و a Hب a اWFم a @icہ a ٰ a. a. a. There is no prophet between me and him i. e. ‘ Ī s ā as and he shall descend (in the future) 18 Farhan Khan’s understanding ignores these ah ā d ī th which clearly speak of a prophet to come after the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa.
