Foreword you turn it down then remember that you remain unable to eliminate transgression from the world, and one effort after another on your part will fail. And one war would follow another war, and one instability after another will cause the human society to become awash with blood, and rob the peace and tranquillity of mankind. This is my faith that since I will present the Islamic Solution, by the Grace of Allah, therefore, what I have stated above will come to pass. Either you will accept it and benefit from it or you will reject it and then you will have to suffer the damaging consequences. If someone wants to listen to it in earnestness, understands it and then acts upon it, then he will benefit from it, because what I am presenting is the Quranic teaching. But if this word of advice from us is rejected with scorn and arrogance then I warn you today that the Muslim world will sink into such grave dangers that the entire world of Islam will lament for a very long time to come. It may go on lamenting but it will amount to nothing more than bashing its head against the wall. It will gain nothing, and will not be able to regain its lost strength and dignity, as it is now or as it could attain in future. We entrust Him with our affairs, and we are not fearful of any worldly political fallout.
