act. part. : Those who are firmly rooted in knowledge or science; those who have deep knowledge or firm grasp of or commit to memory, the Book of God (3:8).  ø  ô Ø ø [aor. mø  »  ø Ø ö inf. noun  ø  ø ^ Öø è ÷ and  ø  ø ¡ ÷ ] : He (a camel). was or became easy in pace; or it (hair) became lank, not crisp.  ø  $ Ø ø Ê ô o ôé ] Ö» Ï ô  ø ] ð ø : He read (leisurely) and easily.  ø ]  ø × ø ä ü (inf. noun Ú ö  ø ]  ø × ø è º ) : He sent a Message or letter to him. ]ø  »  ø Ø ø Ò ô jø ^ e÷ ^ : He sent a book. ]ø  »  ø Ø ø ] Ö × # ä ö  ö  ö × ø ä ü : God sent His messengers. ]ø  »  ø ×» ßø ^ ]ô Öø n» ã ô Ü »  ö  ö ¡ ÷ : We sent Our Messengers to them (5:71). ]ø  »  ø Ø ø  ø × ø n» ä ô Öô  ø ^ Þø ä ü : He let loose his tongue against him. ]ø  »  ø ×» ßø ^  ø × ø n» ã ô Ü »  ô q »  ÷ ] : We sent punishment upon (or against them). ]ø  »  ø Ø ø Ê ö ¡ Þ÷ ^  ø × ø n» ä ô : He set such a one on him or gave him mastery or authority or power over him. ]ø  »  ø Ø ø  ø × ø n» ã ô Ü »  ø n»  ÷ ] : He (God) set or sent against them birds (105:4). ]ô Þ $ ^ ]ø  »  ø ×» ßø ^ ] Ö  $ nø ^  ô n» à ø  ø × ø o ] Ö» Ó ø ^ Ê ô  ô m» à ø : We set the satans on disbelievers; or We give the satans power, complete authority or dominion over the disbelievers (19:84). ]ø  »  ø × ø ä ü  ø à » mø  ô å´ : He forsook or deserted him.  ø  ö ç » Ù º (  ö  ö Ø º plural) : A messenger; Ú ö v ø Û $  º  $  ö ç » Ù ö ] Ö × # ä ô : Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (48:30).  ø  ö ç » Ù º is applied without variation to male and a female and to one and to two and to a plural number sometimes. Thus  ø  ö ç » Ù º (as meaning a messenger, is like  ø  ö æ ' and  ø  ô m» Ð º in its being used alike a masculine and feminine and singular and dual and plural. Ê ø Ï ö ç » Ö ^ ]ô Þ $ ^  ø  ö ç » Ù ö  ø h ôù ] Ö» ÃF þ ³ × ø Û ô n» à ø : And say we are the Messengers of the Lord of the worlds (26:17). In (20:48) we have Ê ø Ï ö ç » Ö ^ ]ô Þ $ ^  ø  ö ç » Ö ^  ø eôù Ô ø : Say we are the (two) Messengers of God. (20:48) In (26:78).  ø  ö æ ' is used as plural. Ê ø ^ô Þ $ ã ö Ü »  ø  ö æ ' Öôù o » ]ô Ö ^ $  ø h % ] Ö» ÃF þ ³ × ø Û ô n» à ø : They are all enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds.  ö  ö Ø º (plural). $ö Ü $ ]ø  »  ø ×» ßø ^  ö  ö × ø ßø ^ iø j»  ø ] : Then We sent Our Messengers one after the other (23:45).  ö  ö Ø º is (syn. with  ø  ö ç » Ù º ) : One who is sent; a Messenger. ]ô á $  ø ^ Öô v ÷ ^ Ú %  »  ø Ø º Ú ôù à »  $ eôù ä´ : That Salih is one sent by his Lord (7:76).
