The difference between a Ê ø Ï ô n»  º and a Ú ô  » Ó ô n» à º according to some is that the former means one who possesses what is barely sufficient for his needs and the latter one who is quite destitute. æ ø Ú ø à » Ò ø ^ á ø Ê ø Ï ô n»  ÷ ] : And whoso is poor (4:7). Ê ö Ï ø  ø ] ð ö (plural): The poor (2:274). Ê ø ^ Î ô  ø é º : An act that breaks the vertebrae of the back; a back-breaking calamity.
