It has also been observed on occasion that individuals had invested a great deal of time and effort translating a particular book which had already been assigned or completed by someone else. This breeds disappointment and unnecessary duplication of efforts. Therefore, the importance of written approval cannot be overstated. For these and other reasons—including valuable guidance and insights-consulting Additional Wakālat-e-Tașnif is a mandatory first step. Thus, all manuscripts from individuals and all Jama'ats (except India and Pakistan) should be sent to Additional Wakālat-e-Tasnif through their national Amir Jama'at.
