CH. 6 AL-AN'ĀM PT. 7 شَيْءٍ وَلَكِنْ ذِكْرَى لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَّقُونَ them, but their duty is to admonish them, that they may fear God. 815 وَذَرِ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِيْنَهُمْ لَعِبًا وَلَهُوًا And let alone those who. 71 take their religion to be a sport وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيُوةُ الدُّنْيَا وَ ذَكَرْبِةٍ أَنْ and a pastime, and whom worldly life has beguiled. And admonish people thereby lest a soul be consigned to perdition تُبْسَلَ نَفْسٌ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ لَيْسَ لَهَا مِنْ دُونِ اللهِ وَلِيُّ وَلَا شَفِيعٌ وَإِنْ تَعْدِلُ for what it has wrought. It shall كُلَّ عَدْلٍ لَّا يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهَا أُولَيْكَ الَّذِينَ أبْسِلُوا بِمَا كَسَبُوْا ۚ لَهُمْ شَرَابٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ وَ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْفُرُونَ have no helper nor intercessor beside Allah; and even if it offer every ransom, it shall not be accepted from it. These are they who have been delivered over to destruction for their own acts. "They will have a drink of & boiling water and a grievous punishment, because disbelieved. 816 815. Important Words:. (to admonish) ذکری preceding verse. 816. Important Words: they 5:58; 7:52; 8:36. 10:5. See the (be consigned to perdition) is derived from i. e. he prevented or prohibited or debarred. And besides giving the above-mentioned meaning, also means, he gave in pledge; or gave in exchange. al also means, he gave him up to or he delivered him over to or he consigned him to destruction or perdition punishment (Lane & Aqrab). . i. e شرب drink is derived from) شراب he drank. means, a drink or beverage; any liquid which is drunk and not eaten or chewed. This is the original significance. Post-classical writers, however, sometimes use the word in the sense of (wine) also (Lane). (boiling water) is derived from i. e. it (water, etc. ) became hot or very hot. The word is also used transitively, meaning, he heated water, etc. or he heated it fully. a حمه. means, he melted the fat الشحمة or 878 means, he washed him with hot water
