CH. 4 R. 19. AN-NISA' PT. 5 وَيَسْتَفْتُوْنَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ الله And they seek of thee the. 128 يُفْتِيْكُمْ فِيهِنَّ وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي decision of the Law with regard to women. Say, Allah gives you And so does "that which is الْكِتَبِ فِي يَتَمَى النِّسَاءِ الَّتِي لَا تُؤْتُونَهُنَّ. His decision regarding them مَا كُتِبَ لَهُنَّ وَتَرْغَبُوْنَ اَنْ تَنْكِحُوهُنَّ recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan girls وَالْمُسْتَضْعَفِيْنَ مِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ وَاَنْ whom you give not what is wil تَقَوْمُوا لِليَتَى بِالْقِسْطِ وَمَا تَفْعَلُوا marry, and مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ بِهِ عَلِيْمًا you desire prescribed for them and whom to concerning the weak among children. And He enjoins you to observe equity towards the orphans. And whatever good you do, surely Allah knows it well. 593 with His knowledge; and (2) that He encompasses all with His power.
