550 Ā'ĪNA-E-KAMĀLĀT-E-ISLĀM―DĀFI‘UL-WASĀWIS come to them. All of them are cursed except those who believe and do good deeds. In addition to that, those who boycott them and stay away from their gatherings will receive mercy from Allah. ' This is the sum- mary of what Allah revealed to me. Thus, I delivered the message of Allah to them but they did not show any fear nor did they accept them; rather, they exceeded in trans- gression and disbelief and started to mock like the enemies of the Faith. At this point, my Lord addressed me and said to me: انا سنريهم آيات مبكية، و نزل عليهم هموماً عجيبة، و امراضًا غريبة، ونجعل لهم معيشة و نصب عليهم مصائب فلا يكون لهم أحد من الناصرين. ضنگا We shall show them Signs which will cause them to weep and shall send down upon them strange afflictions and extraordi- nary diseases and shall make their lives a misery and shall pile up afflictions upon them and no one will be able to help them. So this is how Allah treated them. He broke their backbones with a load of debts and needs, and He caused various kinds of pain and suffer- ing to befall them. The doors of death were opened upon them so that they incline towards Allah and be informed, but their hearts hardened. They did not understand nor did they show any sign of caution or fear. And when the appointed time of that particular Sign approached, it coincided with Ahmad Baig's desire, who is one of their elders, to trans- fer to his name the land of his sister whose husband had gone missing for a long time. This missing (husband) was the son of my uncle and the aforementioned land belonged to him. So Ahmad Baig showed his inclination towards taking this land from his sister and depriving her of her right in order to transfer this land to his name. In the same manner, his sister also made her mind to give this land, as an act of grace, to her brother as a gift, but in fact, we all were joint tenants of this land. Moreover, the other sons of my uncle also agreed on this transfer as their sister was under the guardianship of Ahmad Baig and they were closer to him in relation.
