496 Ā'ĪNA-E-KAMĀLĀT-E-ISLĀM―DĀFI‘UL-WASĀWIS then I desired not to eschew sharing it with I realized that convey- you. ing the message is an indispensable obligation, and such a mandatory debt that it is bound to be paid. Therefore, I have conveyed to you what has been revealed to me from my Lord and now I will await as to how you respond. I swear by God! I am the one appointed by Allah who sent our Prophet and Lord Muhammad, the Chosen One, for the guidance of the whole world. I have knowledge from God that He will never let me fail. He has donned me with the mantle of friendship and has made me drink from His cup, and has granted me what only the beloved ones are granted. I see His blessings descending on my breath, my heart, my tongue, my intellect, my discourse, and on the walls and threshold of my house. you Now tell me will you accept? It dislike a thing be that may while it is good for you, and it may be that you like a thing while it is bad for you. Allah knows and you know not. Indeed, I put trust in my Lord, and I entrust my affair to Allah. I pray unto Allah that He cleanse His creation of evil passions, and reveal unto them good acts, and enable them to accept the call of the Chosen Ones and deliver them in this world and the Hereafter-from the chastisement of disgrace and the pain of affliction, and join them with those who are truthful. may I end this discourse with the prayer, 'All praise belongs to Allah who bestows faith, opens the ears, illumines the eyes, and removes all doubts. '
