TO THE NOBLE AND PIOUS OF THE ARABS Assalamu Alaikum [Peace be upon you]! O righteous and sincere friends from the true Arabian land! Assalamu Alaikum [Peace be upon you]! O people of the land of Prophethood and the neighbours of the Great House of Allah! You are the best party of Islam and the best group of Allah the Exalted. It is not for any people to surpass your glory. You have, indeed, exceeded in nobility, dignity, and stature. It is enough for your honour that Allah started His revelation with Adam and culminated it with the Prophet who was among you, and your land was his country, abode, and birthplace. What should make you know who that Prophet Muhammad is-Mustafa [the Chosen One], Chief of the Pious, the Pride of the Prophets, the Seal of the Messengers, and the Guide of Creation! His benevolence is established on every being who walks on two legs. His revelation contains all of the lost fine points, insights, and sublime verities. His religion revived all the dead verities of truth and paths of guidance. O Allah! Send Your blessings, peace, and bounties upon him as much as all that is found in this world—droplets and particles, the liv- ing and the dead, and as many as everything found in the heavens and as many as all the conspicuous and concealed things that exist.
