AT-TABLIGH- TO ELDERS OF INDIA, AFGHANISTAN, EGYPT & BEYOND Do you not read: و آ يُعِيسَى إِنِّي مُتَوَفِّيكَ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي وَ مَا مُحَمَّدُ إِلَّا رَسُولٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ 3 Do you not read in Şahih Bukhārī: مُتَوَفِّيْكَ مُمِيتُكَ 5. 4 437 After these testimonies, no reason is left for any doubter to doubt. On which testimony will you believe after the verses revealed by the Lord of all the worlds? Do you not see that the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, prophesied about the Signs and time of the appearance of the Messiah that he would يَكْسِرُ الصَّلِيبَ وَيَقْتُلُ الْخِنزِيرَ [break the cross and kill the swine]?" Know that the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, indicated that he [the Promised Messiah] would come at the time when the cross would be worshipped and the flesh of swine would be eaten in abundance and the worshippers of the cross would be dominant throughout the world. So he would come and shatter their domination and break the cross 1. O Jesus, I will cause thee to die a natural death (Sūrah Al-e-Imran, 3:56). [Publisher] 2. But since Thou didst cause me to die (Sūrah al-Ma'idah, 5:118). [Publisher] 3. And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him (Sūrah Al-e-Imrān, 3:145).
