They would say that his own decla- ration prove him to be a liar with regard to his very first claim, so how is it possible to believe in the truth of his second claim? How can he who has declared his faith in God Almighty, said that he is a servant of God, and has published a lot of his rev- elations among the people saying that this is the Word of God Almighty-how can such an individual be considered to be God after he disavows all these declarations? And who will accept such a patent liar? Consequently, these interpretations of our ulema are quite invalid. The correct interpretation is that by the claim to Prophethood is meant interfering in the functions of Prophethood, and by the claim to Divinity is meant interfer- ence in the works of God. These are precisely the activities that the Christians are indulging in these days. A group of them is interfering with the Gospel as if they were charged with pro- phetic functions and revelation was being sent down to them. A group of them is interfering in the works of God to such a degree as if they are seeking to take control of the functions of Divinity. In short, this Antichrist character of the Christians has reached its height in this age and they have spent their wealth without any regard in establishing it, and they have affected tens of millions of people badly by it. Through their speech and through their writing, through money, through women, through song, through music, through showing spectacles, through being called doctors-in short, they have cast their influence upon every country in every respect and in every way and by every means. Thus, some sixty million books have been composed to spread the unholy idea of the worship of Jesus throughout the world. Thus, the soul of the Messiah experienced a zealous 401
