Therefore, writing a rebuttal to a small booklet such as Ummahātul-Mu'minin is insufficient, rather one ought to make a concerted action and be certain that God Almighty will surely come to their aid. Of course, the whole endeavour should be undertaken with compassion, composure and civility. The writing must not be harsh lest the reader stops studying it and fails to ben- efit from it. In fact, such a huge task can never be accomplished without the help of the people. Once men of sound judgment have appointed a person for this task, the next step should be to collect large sums as donation from the rich and the affluent as well as from Muslims of every class; that money should remain deposited with a trustee chosen by the committee that takes up this responsibility, and it should be spent as the need arises. Now the second question is: who should be appointed to write this comprehensive rebuttal? The answer is, only one who is declared competent by the majority opinion, as I have mentioned above. And when a person is found who fulfils all the conditions and whose merit is fairly established, he should be assigned the task of writing a comprehensive rebuttal. Thereafter, all Muslims, keeping their internal differences aside, should stand by him with their heart and soul, and spend their money like flowing water so that there should be a fitting and perfect response to the objec- tions of the opponents that have exceeded all limits and so that the superiority and excellence of Islam be established over all other religions. There should be no time wasted in this pursuit. It is incum- bent upon the Muslims to stand up with true sincerity solely for
