Now just ponder, how compli- cated the matter would become during litigation so that we would be obliged to rush everyday to the courts to hear the ruling. This, of course, is an impossible task. These are the arguments put for- ward by this group. The other group prefers to follow the course of litigation, but we find no arguments on their side to justify this course of action. It is nothing but a lust for revenge like the one harboured by ordinary people. When it is said to them that they are making a mistake in giving preference to these measures, they fail to come up with an adequate answer like the wise and only talk like the ignorant bigots.
