The officer presiding over my first interrogation seemed to be a Christian who appeared very kind and just. He respectfully gave me a chair, and when I sat down, he offered me some fruit, along with the translator, and ate some himself as well. During the interrogation, he asked me about the views of the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement and what teachings he imparted on his followers. I said that he did not bring any new law; rather, he came to present the true form of the same Islam and Holy Quran that Muslims believe in, which was necessary because-despite already having the Quran-Muslims these days have become deprived of its true teachings. I had with me the small Urdu booklet entitled Differences between an Ahmadi and a Non-Ahmadi written by the Promised Messiahas himself [which has now been translated into English under the title 'The Advent of the Promised Messiah']. I took that in hand and explained that in this book, the Promised Messiahas had delineated the differences between Ahmadi Muslims and other Muslims. I enlightened him about the ten conditions of Baiat
