30 FIRST GRAIN OF SAND Huzoor's sermon so quietly and attentively that it seemed as if their souls had left their bodies, leaving them motionless. In his sermon, Huzoor was exhorting his followers that no matter what difficulty or pain you face, you must handle it with incredible courage and strength. He said that even if the skin is ripped off your body, you still must not let go of the mission for which you have been sent. Then I saw that Huzoor began to experience some discomfort and went over to get water from a canister to rinse his mouth. He appeared feverish, and so I gave him a cane he could lean on in order to continue delivering his sermon. After that dream, a Russian military officer took me to a room and, through a translator who could speak both Russian and Persian, began to interrogate me. I was interrogated for three and a half months. During this time, an Iranian cellmate saw a dream about me that scared him so much that it woke him up in a state of anguish. Startled, he told me he saw a dream about me that has caused him immense distress and grief. In his dream, he saw that I had been transferred to Tashkent and then from Tashkent to Moscow. Either in Tashkent or Moscow, I cannot remember this clearly right now, the Russian government decided to execute me and, in fact, put me in front of the firing squad. However, right at the moment when they were about to fire their guns, they heard a loud voice say, 'This is my servant, do not kill him. Hearing this voice, the firing squad was shocked and began looking around to determine where this voice came from. Not finding anyone there, they again aimed their rifles at me for my execution, but again they heard the same voice call out, ‘Do not kill him. This is my servant. ' Again they could not find anyone around, and as they
