نصر نصح noun نُصُوحٌ و نَصَحَ ]aor. يَنْصَحُ inf. noun نُصْحُ and نَصِيْحَةٌ : Simple Subst. [ نَصَحَهُ or نَصَحَ لَهُ : He advised or counselled him sincerely, honestly, sedulously, earnestly or faithfully; he directed him to that which was good for him; he gave him good advice. وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ : And I offered you sincere advice )7:80( نَصَحَ )aor يَنْصَحُ inf : It was or became pure, unadulterated or genuine. إِذَا نَصَحُوْا لِلَّهِ وَرَسُوْلِهِ : If they are sincere to Allah and His Messenger )991( نَصْحٌ )inf. noun ( . وَلَا يَنْفَعُكُمْ نُصْحِى : And my advice will profit you not )11:35( تَوْبَةٌ نُصُوْحٌ : Sincere, true repentance. نَصُوْحٌ : Turn to Allah in sincere repentance )66:9( نَاصِحُ : Act. part. )نَاصِحِيْنَ and نَاصِحُوْنَ are plural( . وَأَنَا لَكُمْ نَاصِحُ أَمِينٌ : And I am to you a faithful and sincere counsellor )7:69( نَصِيْحَةٌ : Sincere honest or faithful advice. تُوْبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَصُوْحًا . Sincere : نَصَرَ aor. يَنْصُرُ inf. noun نَصْرٌ and نَصَرَهُ نُصْرَةٌ : He aided helped or assisted him (against his enemy); he supplied his want or somewhat thereof. انْصُرْ اَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُوْمًا : Help thy brother whether he is an oppressor or oppressed (Hadith( . وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍ : And indeed God helped you at Badr )3:14( وَنَصَرْنَاهُ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ : And We helped him against the people )21:78( وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ : And He may humiliate them and help you to victory over them )9:14( مَنْ يَّنْصُرُنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ : Who will help me against Allah )11:31( and دُوْنَ and مِنْ meaning the same thing viz. against. نَصَرَهُ : He rendered reciprocal help to him. انْتَصَرَ : He defended himself or defended himself against his injurer. وَ لَمَنِ انْتَصَرَ بَعْدَ ظُلْمِهِ : Those who defend themselves after they have been wronged )42:42( اِنْتَصَرَ مِنْهُ : He revenged himself upon him. وَلَوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ لَانْتَصَرَ مِنْهُمْ : If Allah had so pleased, He could have punished them (Himself( )475( اِسْتَنصَرَ : He asked, sought or desired aid or assistance; he begged. اسْتَنْصَرَ عَلَيْهِ : He asked him to aid him against him. وَإِنِ اسْتَنْصَرُوْكُمْ فِى الدِّيْنِ : And if they seek your help in matter of religion )873( تناصَرُوْا : They aided or assisted or helped one another. مَالَكُمْ لا تَنَاصَرُوْنَ : What is the matter with you that you do not help each other )37: 26( نُصْرَةٌ and نَصْرٌ : Aid assistance; help against an enemy; victory or 779
