حسن حسن یک حَسُنَ ]aor يَحْسُنُ inf. noun حُسْنًا and حَسَنًا [ : He or it was or became good or goodly, beautiful, comely or pleasing. حَسُنَ زَيْدٌ : Zaid is very good. حَسُنَ أُولئِكَ رَفِيقًا : Excellent or very good companions are these )4:70( وَحَسُنَتْ مُرْتَفَقًا : And excellent is as a place or rest )18:32( أَحْسَنَ : He did that which was good; he did well. ثُمَّ اتَّقَوْا وَ أَحْسَنُوْا : Then fear God and do good )5:94( أَحْسَنَهُ : He made or rendered it good or beautiful; he embellished or adorned it. اَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقَهُ : Who has made beautiful every thing that He has created )32:8( قَدْ اَحْسَنَ بِي : And He did good to me or bestowed upon me a favour )12:101( إِنَّهُ رَبِّي أَحْسَنَ مَثْوَاىَ : He is my Lord, He has made my stay beautiful or good or honourable )12:24( وَأَحْسِنْ كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللهُ إِلَيْكَ : And do good as God has done good to thee (28:78). أَحْسَنَهُ : He knew it well. هو يُحْسِنُ الْعَرَبِيَّةَ : He knows well the Arabic language. مَا أَحْسَنَهُ وَأَحْسِنَ به: How good he is. حُسْنُ and حَسَنٌ : Good excellent goodness or goodliness; beauty or comeliness; just proportion of the parts of the body to one another; anything that is desired; anything such as is approved by the intellect; such as is approved by natural desire; what is approved by the intellect or by sight or by mental perception. حَدِيثُ حَسَنٌ : A tradition of good authority. حَسَنٌ وَ حُسْنُ means also good, pleasing or pleasant discourse or talk. وَقُوْلُوْا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا : And speak good words to men )2:84( وَإِمَّا : ثُمَّ بَدَّلَ حُسْنًا بَعْدَ سُوْءٍ (18:87) Or do them good : أَنْ تَتَّخِذَ فِيْهِمْ حُسْنًا Then does good instead after evil )27:12( وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ حُسْنُهُنَّ : Though their goodness (or beauty) please thee )33:53( وَاللَّهُ عِنْدَهُ حُسْنُ الْمَابِ : It is Allah with Whom is excellent home )3:15(. وَحُسْنَ ثَوَابِ الْآخِرَةِ : And excellent reward of the next )3:149( يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا : Will lend Allah a goodly loan )2:246( وَأَنْبَتَهَا نَبَاتًا حَسَنًا : And He caused her to grow an excellent or good or goodly growth )3:38( وَلِيُبْلِيَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْهُ بَلَاءً حَسَنًا : And He might confer upon the believers a good benefit (or favour) from Himself )8:18( حَسَنَةٌ )plural( حَسَنَاتٌ and feminine of حَسَنٌ( : A good action or act; an act of obedience to God; the reward of a good action; a good benefit, benefaction, boon or blessing; abundance of comforts and conveniences of life; ampleness of 183
