فَاتَّبِعوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ

follow me: then will Allah love you

اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ

to Allah we belong

فَإِذَا بَرِقَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ

When the eye is dazzled,

وَخَسَفَ ٱلۡقَمَرُ

And the moon is eclipsed,

وَجُمِعَ ٱلشَّمۡسُ وَٱلۡقَمَرُ

And the sun and the moon are brought together,

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَواْ وَّٱلَّذِينَ هُم مُّحۡسِنُونَ

Verily, Allah is with those who are righteous and those who do good.

لَّعۡنَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَی الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ

the curse of Allah on those who lie

مَا قَتَلُوۡہُ وَمَا صَلَبُوۡہُ وَلٰکِنۡ شُبِّہَ لَہُمۡ

they slew him not, nor crucified him, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified

جَزَآءُ سَیِّئَۃٍۭ بِمِثۡلِہَا ۙ

the punishment of an evil shall be the like thereof

فَأۡتِيَاهُ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولَا رَبِّكَ فَأَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَـٰٓءِيلَ وَلَا تُعَذِّبۡهُمۡ ۖ قَدۡ جِئۡنَٰكَ بِـَٔايَةٖ مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۖ وَٱلسَّلَٰمُ عَلَىٰ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ

“So go ye both to him and say, ‘We are the Messengers of thy Lord; so let the children of Israel go with us; and afflict them not. We have indeed brought thee a Sign from thy Lord; and peace shall be on him who follows the guidance;

ادۡعُوۡنِیۡۤ اَسۡتَجِبۡ لَکُمۡ

‘Pray unto Me; I will answer your prayer

فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَأُعَذِّبُهُمۡ عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗا فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّـٰصِرِينَ

‘Then as for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and in the next, and they shall have no helpers.

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَٰتِ فَيُوَفِّيهِمۡ أُجُورَهُمۡ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

‘And as for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their full rewards. And Allah loves not the wrongdoers.’

مَا یَفۡعَلُ اللّٰہُ بِعَذَابِکُمۡ اِنۡ شَکَرۡتُمۡ وَاٰمَنۡتُمۡ

Why should Allah punish you, if you are thankful and if you believe?

اِنَّہٗ مَنۡ یَّـتَّقِ وَیَصۡبِرۡ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُضِیۡعُ اَجۡرَ الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ

Verily, whoso is righteous and is steadfast — Allah will never suffer the reward of the good to be lost.’

فَاِنۡ کَذَّبُوۡکَ فَقُلۡ رَّبُّکُمۡ

But if they accuse thee of falsehood, say, ‘Your Lord

ذُوۡ رَحۡمَۃٍ وَّاسِعَۃٍ ۚ وَلَا یُرَدُّ باۡسُہٗ عَنِ الۡقَوۡمِ الۡمُجۡرِمِیۡنَ

‘Your Lord is possessed of all-embracing mercy, and His wrath shall not be turned back from the guilty people.’

ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

Guide us in the right path —

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,

ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

The Gracious, the Merciful,

مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

Master of the Day of Judgment.

إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ

Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we implore for help.

ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

Guide us in the right path —

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, those who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray.

اَللّٰہُ نُوۡرُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth

مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

Master of the Day of Judgment.

ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

Guide us in the right path —

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings,

مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

Master of the Day of Judgment.

غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian.

ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

Guide us in the right path —

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعۡوَةَ ٱلدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ ۖ فَلۡيَسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِي وَلۡيُؤۡمِنُواْ بِي لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَرۡشُدُونَ

And when My servants ask thee about Me, say: ‘I am near. I answer the prayer of the supplicant when he prays to Me. So they should hearken to Me and believe in Me, that they may follow the right way.’

اَمَّنۡ یُّجِیۡبُ الۡمُضۡطَرَّ

Or, Who answers the distressed person

اِنَّمَا یَتَقَبَّلُ اللّٰہُ مِنَ الۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ

Allah accepts only from the righteous.

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die

ہُوَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ رَسُوۡلَہٗ بِالۡہُدٰی وَِیۡنِ الۡحَقِّ لِیُظۡہِرَہٗ عَلَی الدِّیۡنِ کُلِّہٖ

He it is Who has sent His Messenger with the guidance and the Religion of Truth, that He may cause it to prevail over all religions

فِیۡہَا تَحۡیَوۡنَ وَفِیۡہَا تَمُوۡتُوۡنَ

Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die,

قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

قُلۡ سُبۡحَانَ رَبِّیۡ ہَلۡ کُنۡتُ اِلَّا بَشَرًا رَّسُوۡلًا

Say, ‘Holy is my Lord! I am not but a man sent as a Messenger.’

ولٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِیّٖنَ

but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets

وَلَنۡ تَجِدَ لِسُنَّۃِ اللّٰہِ تَبۡدِیۡلًا

and thou wilt never find a change in the way of Allah.

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ کَمَا اسۡتَخۡلَفَ الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِمۡ

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and do good works that He will surely make them Successors in the earth, as He made Successors from among those who were before them;

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian.

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian.

کَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلٰی فِرۡعَوۡنَ رَسُوۡلً

even as We sent a Messenger to Pharaoh.

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,

لَخَلۡقُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ اَکۡبَرُ مِنۡ خَلۡقِ النَّاسِ

Certainly, the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of mankind

ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ

‘Who whispers into the hearts of men,

مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ

‘From among the Jinn and mankind.’

هُوَ ٱلَّذِي بَعَثَ فِي ٱلۡأُمِّيِّـۧنَ رَسُولٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ يَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُزَكِّيهِمۡ وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَإِن كَانُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ

He it is Who has raised among the Unlettered people a Messenger from among themselves who recites unto them His Signs, and purifies them, and teaches them the Book and wisdom, although they had been, before, in manifest misguidance;

وَءَاخَرِينَ مِنۡهُمۡ لَمَّا يَلۡحَقُواْ بِهِمۡ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

And among others from among them who have not yet joined them. He is the Mighty, the Wise.

وَّاٰخَرِیۡنَ مِنۡہُمۡ لَمَّا یَلۡحَقُوۡا بِہِمۡ

And among others from among them who have not yet joined them

وَّاٰخَرِیۡنَ مِنۡہُمۡ

And among others from among them

وَٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِیّٖنَ

but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets

وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اُوۡتُوا الۡکِتٰبَ مِنۡ قَبۡلِکُمۡ وَمِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَشۡرَکُوۡۤا اَذًی کَثِیۡرًا

and you shall surely hear many hurtful things from those who were given the Book before you and from those who set up equals to God

قَدۡ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰہُ اِلَیۡکُمۡ ذِکۡرًا

Allah has indeed sent down to you a Reminder —

رَّسُوۡلًا

A Messenger,

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die

اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰہُ اِلَیۡکُمۡ ذِکۡرًا

Allah has indeed sent down to you a Reminder —

رَّسُوۡلًا

A Messenger,

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die

فَسۡـَٔلُوۤا اَہۡلَ الذِّکۡرِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ

So ask the people of the Reminder, if you know not.

فَیُمۡسِکُ الَّتِیۡ قَضٰی عَلَیۡہَا الۡمَوۡتَ

And then He retains those against which He has decreed death

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian.

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا ٱلذِّكۡرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَحَٰفِظُونَ

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most surely We will be its Guardian.

کُلُوۡا وَاشۡرَبُوۡا وَلَا تُسۡرِفُوۡ

eat and drink but exceed not the bounds

وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ

And uncleanliness do thou shun,

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِیۡنَ وَیُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَہِّرِیۡنَ

llah loves those who turn to Him and loves those who keep themselves clean.

اِعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحۡیِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِہَا

Know that Allah is now quickening the earth after its death.

وَیُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَہِّرِیۡنَ

loves those who keep themselves clean

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِیۡنَ وَیُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَہِّرِیۡنَ

Allah loves those who turn to Him and loves those who keep themselves clean.’

کُلُوۡا مِنَ الطَّیِّبٰتِ وَاعۡمَلُوۡا صَالِحًا

eat of the things that are pure, and do good works

فَاعۡتَبِرُوۡا یٰۤاُولِی الۡاَبۡصَارِ

So take a lesson, O ye who have eyes!

وَمَا قَتَلُوۡہُ یَقِیۡنًۢا

and they did not convert this conjecture into a certainty;

ارۡجِعِیۡۤ اِلٰی رَبِّکِ

Return to thy Lord

یٰعِیۡسٰۤی اِنِّیۡ مُتَوَفِّیۡکَ وَرَافِعُکَ اِلَیَّ وَمُطَہِّرُکَ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا

O Jesus, I will cause thee to die a natural death and will exalt thee to Myself, and will clear thee from the charges of those who disbeliev

قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

اِنَّ عِبَادِیۡ لَیۡسَ لَکَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ سُلۡطٰنٌ

‘Surely, thou shalt have no power over My servants

سَلٰمٌ عَلَیۡہِ یَوۡمَ وُلِدَ

peace was on him the day he was born

۞وَٱتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَأَ ٱبۡنَيۡ ءَادَمَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ إِذۡ قَرَّبَا قُرۡبَانٗا فَتُقُبِّلَ مِنۡ أَحَدِهِمَا وَلَمۡ يُتَقَبَّلۡ مِنَ ٱلۡأٓخَرِ قَالَ لَأَقۡتُلَنَّكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَتَقَبَّلُ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ

And relate to them truly the story of the two sons of Adam, when they each offered an offering, and it was accepted from one of them and was not accepted from the other. The latter said, ‘I will surely kill thee.’ The former replied, ‘Allah accepts only from the righteous.

مَا یَفۡعَلُ اللّٰہُ بِعَذَابِکُمۡ اِنۡ شَکَرۡتُمۡ وَاٰمَنۡتُمۡ

Why should Allah punish you, if you are thankful and if you believe?

وَأَمَّا بِنِعۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثۡ

And the bounty of thy Lord, proclaim.

هَلۡ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنُ

The reward of goodness is nothing but goodness.

وَِّذَا خَاطَبَہُمُ الۡجٰہِلُوۡنَ

and when the ignorant address them

وَاَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ الۡجٰہِلِیۡنَ

and turn away from the ignorant.

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ

So when thou art free, strive hard,

اخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَکَ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ

lower thy wing of mercy for the believers.

وَجِیۡہًا فِی الدُّنۡیَا وَالۡاٰخِرَۃِ

honoured in this world and in the next

قُلۡ سُبۡحَانَ رَبِّیۡ

Say, ‘Holy is my Lord!

اِنَّ مَثَلَ عِیۡسٰی عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ کَمَثَلِ اٰدَمَ

Surely, the case of Jesus with Allah is like the case of Adam.

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ کُنۡتَ اَنۡتَ الرَّقِیۡبَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die, Thou hast been the Watcher over them

وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

مَا الۡمَسِیۡحُ ابۡنُ مَرۡیَمَ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

The Messiah, son of Mary, was only a Messenger; surely, Messengers like unto him had indeed passed away before him

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die

وَلَکُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ مُسۡتَقَرٌّ

and for you there is an abode in the earth

رَّفَعَہُ اللّٰہُ اِلَیۡہِ

Allah exalted him to Himself

کَانَا یَاۡکُلٰنِ الطَّعَامَ

They both used to eat food

وَاَوۡصٰنِیۡ بِالصَّلٰوۃِ وَالزَّکٰوۃِ مَا دُمۡتُ حَیًّا

‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be,

وَمِنۡکُمۡ مَّنۡ یُّتَوَفّٰی وَمِنۡکُمۡ مَّنۡ یُّرَدُّ اِلٰۤی اَرۡذَلِ الۡعُمُرِ

And there are some of you who are caused to die prematurely, and there are others among you who are driven to the worst part of life

ٱرۡجِعِيٓ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةٗ مَّرۡضِيَّةٗ

Return to thy Lord well pleased with Him and He well pleased with thee.

فِیۡہَا تَحۡیَوۡنَ

Therein shall you live,

اَلۡیَوۡمَ اَکۡمَلۡتُ لَکُمۡ دِیۡنَکُمۡ

This day have I perfected your religion for you

وَمَنۡ نُّعَمِّرۡہُ نُنَکِّسۡہُ فِی الۡخَلۡقِ

And him whom We grant long life — We revert him to a weak condition of creation

بَعۡضَ الَّذِیۡ نَعِدُہُمۡ اَوۡ نَتَوَفَّیَنَّکَ

some of the things with which We have threatened them, thou wilt know it; or if We cause thee to die

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَخۡلُقُونَ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُمۡ يُخۡلَقُونَ

And those on whom they call beside Allah create not anything, but they are themselves created.

أَمۡوَٰتٌ غَيۡرُ أَحۡيَآءٖ ۖ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبۡعَثُونَ

They are dead, not living; and they know not when they will be raised.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ سَبَقَتۡ لَهُم مِّنَّا ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰٓ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ عَنۡهَا مُبۡعَدُونَ

But as for those for whom the promise of a good reward has already gone forth from Us, these will be removed far from it.

لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ حَسِيسَهَا ۖ وَهُمۡ فِي مَا ٱشۡتَهَتۡ أَنفُسُهُمۡ خَٰلِدُونَ

They will not hear the slightest sound thereof; and they shall abide in that which their souls desire.

فَسۡـَٔلُوۡۤا اَہۡلَ الذِّکۡرِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُوۡنَ

so ask those who possess the Reminder, if you know not.

اِنَّ مَثَلَ عِیۡسٰی عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ کَمَثَلِ اٰدَمَ

Surely, the case of Jesus with Allah is like the case of Adam.

اِنَّ عِبَادِیۡ لَیۡسَ لَکَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ سُلۡطٰنٌ ؕ

As to My servants, thou shalt certainly have no power over them

وَوَجَدَكَ ضَآلّٗا فَهَدَىٰ

And He found thee wandering in search for Him and guided thee unto Himself.

وَإِذَا ٱلۡعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتۡ

And when the she-camels, tenmonth pregnant, are abandoned,

مَا کَانَ اللّٰہُ لِیُعَذِّبَہُمۡ وَاَنۡتَ فِیۡہِمۡ

Allah would not punish them while thou wast among them

فِيهَا كُتُبٞ قَيِّمَةٞ

Therein are lasting commandments.

وَلَوۡ کَانَ مِنۡ عِنۡدِ غَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ لَوَجَُوۡا فِیۡہِ اخۡتِلَافًا کَثِیۡرًا

Had it been from anyone other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much disagreement.

قُلۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُحِبُّوۡنَ اللّٰہَ فَاتَّبِعُوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ

Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you.

وَجِیۡہًا فِی الدُّنۡیَا وَالۡاٰخِرَۃِ

honoured in this world and in the next,

فِي مَقۡعَدِ صِدۡقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٖ مُّقۡتَدِرِۭ

In the seat of truth with an Omnipotent King.

اسۡتَطَاعَ اِلَیۡہِ سَبِیۡلًا ؕ

those who can find a way

وَلَا تُلۡقُوۡا بِاَیۡدِیۡکُمۡ اِلَی التَّہۡلُکَۃِ

and cast not yourselves into ruin with your own hands

لَّعۡنَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَی الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ

the curse of Allah on those who lie.’

لَّعۡنَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَی الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ

the curse of Allah on those who lie.’

فَلَا یُظۡہِرُ عَلٰی غَیۡبِہٖۤ اَحَدًا

and He reveals not His secrets to any one,

اِلَّا مَنِ ارۡتَضٰی مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ

Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of His.

لَّعۡنَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَی الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ

the curse of Allah on those who lie.’

رَبَّنَا افۡتَحۡ بَیۡنَنَا وَبَیۡنَ قَوۡمِنَا بِالۡحَقِّ وَاَنۡتَ خَیۡرُ الۡفٰتِحِیۡنَ

So O our Lord, decide Thou between us and between our people with truth, and Thou art the Best of those who decide.’

لَّعۡنَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَی الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ

The curse of Allah on those who lie.

یَتَرَبَّصُ بِکُمُ الدَّوَآئِرَ

they wait for calamities to befall you

فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ

but since Thou didst cause me to die
