  • 11

    لَاۤ اِکۡرَاہَ فِی الدِّیۡنِ

    There should be no compulsion in religion.

  • پہلا باب: انجیلوں سے ثبوت

  • 45

    إِذۡ قَالَ ٱللَّهُ يَٰعِيسَىٰٓ إِنِّي مُتَوَفِّيكَ وَرَافِعُكَ إِلَيَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَجَاعِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوكَ فَوۡقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ فَأَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَكُمۡ فِيمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ

    When Allah said, ‘O Jesus, I will cause thee to die a natural death and will exalt thee to Myself, and will clear thee from the charges of those who disbelieve, and will place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve, until the Day of Resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, and I will judge between you concerning that wherein you differ.

  • باب دوم: ان شہادتوں کے بیان میں جو حضرت مسیح کے بچ جانے کی نسمت قرآن شریف اور احادیث صحیحہ سے ہم کو ملی ہیں

  • 51

    وَمَا قَتَلُوۡہُ وَمَا صَلَبُوۡہُ وَلٰکِنۡ شُبِّہَ لَہُمۡ

    whereas they slew him not, nor crucified him, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified;

  • 52

    وَجِیۡہًا

    honoured

  • 52

    وَلٰکِنۡ شُبِّہَ لَہُمۡ

    a state of doubt about it

  • 53

    فِی الدُّنۡیَا وَالۡاٰخِرَۃِ وَمِنَ الۡمُقَرَّبِیۡنَ

    honoured in this world and in the next, and of those who are granted nearness to God;

  • 54

    وَّجَعَلَنِیۡ مُبٰرَکًا اَیۡنَ مَا کُنۡتُ

    ‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be

  • 54

    وَمُطَہِّرُکَ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا

    and will clear thee from the charges of those who disbelieve

  • تریاق القلوب

  • 139

    إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِيِّ ۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ صَلُّواْ عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمًا

    Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O ye who believe! you also should invoke blessings on him and salute him with the salutation of peace.

  • 158

    لَاۤ اِکۡرَاہَ فِی الدِّیۡنِ

    There should be no compulsion in religion.

  • 163

    وَجَزٰٓؤُا سَیِّئَۃٍ سَیِّئَۃٌ مِّثۡلُہَا ۚ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَاَصۡلَحَ فَاَجۡرُہٗ عَلَی اللّٰہِ

    And the recompense of an injury is an injury the like thereof; but whoso forgives and his act brings about reformation, his reward is with Allah.

  • 164

    قُلۡ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِِیۡنَ یَغُضُّوۡا مِنۡ اَبۡصَارِہِمۡ وَیَحۡفَظُوۡا فُرُوۡجَہُمۡ ؕ ذٰلِکَ اَزۡکٰی لَہُمۡ

    Say to the believing men that they restrain their eyes and guard their private parts. That is purer for them

  • 167

    لَاۤ اِکۡرَاہَ فِی الدِّیۡنِ

    There should be no compulsion in religion.

  • 171

    رَبَّنَا افۡتَحۡ بَیۡنَنَا وَبَیۡنَ قَوۡمِنَا بِالۡحَقِّ وَاَنۡتَ خَیۡرُ الۡفٰتِحِیۡنَ

    So O our Lord, decide Thou between us and between our people with truth, and Thou art the Best of those who decide.’

  • 179

    لِئَلَّا یَکُوۡنَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَی اللّٰہِ حُجَّۃٌۢ بَعۡدَ الرُّسُلِ ؕ

    so that people may have no plea against Allah after the coming of the Messengers

  • 237

    مَّلۡعُونِينَ ۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلٗا

    Then they will be accursed. Wherever they are found, they will be seized, and cut into pieces.

  • 264

    قُلۡ مَا یَعۡبَؤُا ِکُمۡ رَبِّیۡ لَوۡلَا دُعَآؤُکُمۡ

    Say to the disbelievers: ‘But for your prayer to Him my Lord would not care for you.

  • 277

    اِنَّ اَکۡرَمَکُمۡ عِنۡدَ اللّٰہِ اَتۡقٰکُمۡ

    Verily, the most honourable among you, in the sight of Allah, is he who is the most righteous among you.

  • 281

    لَقَدۡ جَآءَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِکُمۡ

    Surely, a Messenger has come unto you from among yourselves

  • 281

    وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

    And put thy trust in the Mighty, the Merciful,

  • 281

    ٱلَّذِي يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ

    Who sees thee when thou standest up in Prayer.

  • 281

    وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِي ٱلسَّـٰجِدِينَ

    And Who sees thy movements among those who prostrate themselves before God.

  • 282

    فَقَدۡ لَبِثۡتُ فِیۡکُمۡ عُمُرًا مِّنۡ قَبۡلِہٖ ؕ اَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُوۡنَ

    I have indeed lived among you a whole lifetime before this. Will you not then understand?’

  • 302

    اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا یُضِیۡعُ اَجۡرَ الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ

    Surely, Allah suffers not the reward of those who do good to be lost.

  • 302

    فِیۡہَا ہُدًی وَّنُوۡرٌ

    wherein was guidance and light.

  • 305

    کَتَبَ عَلٰی نَفۡسِہِ الرَّحۡمَۃَ

    He has taken upon Himself to show mercy.

  • 305

    جَادِلۡہُمۡ بِالَّتِیۡ ہِیَ اَحۡسَنُ

    argue with them in a way that is best

  • 305

    مَّنِ ٱهۡتَدَىٰ فَإِنَّمَا يَهۡتَدِي لِنَفۡسِهِۦ ۖ وَمَن ضَلَّ فَإِنَّمَا يَضِلُّ عَلَيۡهَا ۚ وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٞ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰ ۗ وَمَا كُنَّا مُعَذِّبِينَ حَتَّىٰ نَبۡعَثَ رَسُولٗا

    He who follows the right way follows it only for the good of his own soul: and he who goes astray, goes astray only to his own loss. And no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another. We never punish until We have sent a Messenger.

  • 306

    اِنۡ یَّکُ کَاذِبًا فَعَلَیۡہِ کَذِبُہٗ ۚ وَاِنۡ یَّکُ صَادِقًا یُّصِبۡکُمۡ بَعۡضُ الَّذِیۡ یَعِدُکُمۡ

    If he be a liar, on him will be the sin of his lie; but if he is truthful, then some of that which he threatens you with will surely befall you.

  • 317

    وَمَن يَكۡسِبۡ خَطِيٓـَٔةً أَوۡ إِثۡمٗا ثُمَّ يَرۡمِ بِهِۦ بَرِيٓـٔٗا فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلَ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا

    And whoso commits a fault or a sin, then imputes it to an innocent person, certainly bears the burden of a calumny and a manifest sin.

  • 318

    وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَأۡتُواْ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَٱجۡلِدُوهُمۡ ثَمَٰنِينَ جَلۡدَةٗ وَلَا تَقۡبَلُواْ لَهُمۡ شَهَٰدَةً أَبَدٗا ۚ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

    And those who calumniate chaste women but bring not four witnesses — flog them with eighty stripes, and never admit their evidence thereafter, and it is they that are the transgressors,

  • 318

    ثُمَّ یَرۡمِ

    then imputes it

  • 319

    ثُمَّ یَرۡمِ بِہٖ بَرِیۡٓــً

    then imputes it to an innocent person

  • 320

    فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُواْ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ حَرَجٗا مِّمَّا قَضَيۡتَ وَيُسَلِّمُواْ تَسۡلِيمٗا

    But no, by thy Lord, they are not believers until they make thee judge in all that is in dispute between them and then find not in their hearts any demur concerning that which thou decidest and submit with full submission.

  • 320

    اُولٰٓئِکَ مُبَرَّءُوۡنَ مِمَّا یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ

    these are innocent of all that they (calumniators) allege

  • 329

    فَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيۡرٗا يَرَهُۥ

    Then whoso does an atom’s weight of good will see it,

  • 329

    وَمَن يَعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّةٖ شَرّٗا يَرَهُۥ

    And whoso does an atom’s weight of evil will also see it.

  • 386

    قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

    Say, ‘He is Allah, the One;

  • 386

    ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ

    ‘Allah, the Independent and Besought of all.

  • 386

    لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ

    ‘He begets not, nor is He begotten;

  • 386

    وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ

    ‘And there is none like unto Him.’

  • 423

    ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

    Guide us in the right path —

  • 423

    صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

    The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, those who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray.

  • 441

    وَمَن يَكۡسِبۡ خَطِيٓـَٔةً أَوۡ إِثۡمٗا ثُمَّ يَرۡمِ بِهِۦ بَرِيٓـٔٗا فَقَدِ ٱحۡتَمَلَ بُهۡتَٰنٗا وَإِثۡمٗا مُّبِينٗا

  • 441

    اُولٰٓئِکَ مُبَرَّءُوۡنَ مِمَّا یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ

    وَالَذِیۡنَ یَرۡمُوۡنَ الۡمُحۡصَنٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَاۡتُوۡا بِاَرۡبَعَۃِ شُہَدَآءَ فَاجۡلِدُوۡہُمۡ ثَمٰنِیۡنَ جَلۡدَۃً

  • 452

    اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰہُ یٰعِیۡسٰۤی اِنِّیۡ مُتَوَفِّیۡکَ وَرَافِعُکَ اِلَیَّ وَمُطَہِّرُکَ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا وَجَاعِلُ الَّذِیۡنَ اتَّبَعُوۡکَ فَوۡقَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡۤا اِلٰی یَوۡمِ الۡقِیٰمَۃِ ۚ

  • 461

    وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٞ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ ۚ أَفَإِيْن مَّاتَ أَوۡ قُتِلَ ٱنقَلَبۡتُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَعۡقَٰبِكُمۡ ۚ وَمَن يَنقَلِبۡ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيۡهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ ٱللَّهَ شَيۡـٔٗا ۚ وَسَيَجۡزِي ٱللَّهُ ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ

    And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him. If then he die or be slain, will you turn back on your heels? And he who turns back on his heels shall not harm Allah at all. And Allah will certainly reward the grateful.

  • 461

    فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّیۡتَنِیۡ کُنۡتَ اَنۡتَ الرَّقِیۡبَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ

    but since Thou didst cause me to die, Thou hast been the Watcher over them;

  • 463

    صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡيٞ فَهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ

    They are deaf, dumb and blind; so they will not return.

  • 463

    لَا تُدۡرِکُہُ الۡاَبۡصَارُ ۫ وَہُوَ یُدۡرِکُ الۡاَبۡصَارَ

    Eyes cannot reach Him but He reaches the eyes.

  • 463

    مَنۡ کَانَ فِیۡ ہٰذِہٖۤ اَعۡمٰی فَہُوَ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَعۡمٰی

    whoso is blind in this world will be blind in the Hereafter

  • 463

    إِلَىٰ رَبِّهَا نَاظِرَةٞ

    Looking eagerly towards their Lord;

  • 476

    وَاللّٰہُ یَعۡصِمُکَ مِنَ النَّاسِ

    And Allah will protect thee from men.

  • 476

    قُلۡنَا یٰنَارُ کُوۡنِیۡ بَرۡدًا وَّسَلٰمًا

    We said, ‘O fire, be thou cold and a means of safety

  • 477

    تَشَابَہَتۡ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ

    Their hearts are alike

  • 484

    کُنۡتُمۡ خَیۡرَ اُمَّۃٍ اُخۡرِجَتۡ

    You are the best people

  • 484

    ہُوَ الۡاَوَّلُ وَالۡاٰخِرُ

    He is the First and the Last

  • 484

    غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ

    those who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray.

  • 503

    یُوۡسُفُ اَیُّہَا الصِّدِّیۡقُ

    ‘Joseph! O thou man of truth

  • 510

    الۡعَلِیُّ الۡعَظِیۡمُ

    He is the High, the Great

  • تحفۂ غزنویہ

  • 537

    وَرَحۡمَتِیۡ وَسِعَتۡ کُلَّ شَیۡءٍ

    but My mercy encompasses all things

  • 539

    ضُرِبَتۡ عَلَیۡہِمُ الذِّلَّۃُ

    Smitten shall they be with abasement

  • 541

    تَشَابَہَتۡ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ

    Their hearts are alike

  • 542

    مَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

    Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

  • 552

    سُبۡحٰنَ اللّٰہِ عَمَّا یَصِفُوۡنَ

    Glorified be Allah above all that which they attribute to Him!

  • 553

    مَنۡ یَّعۡمَلۡ مِثۡقَالَ ذَرَّۃٍ خَیۡرًا یَّرَہٗ ؕ

    whoso does an atom’s weight of good will see it,

  • 558

    فَلۡیَاۡتِنَا بِاٰیَۃٍ کَمَاۤ اُرۡسِلَ الۡاَوَّلُوۡنَ

    Let him then bring us a Sign just as the former Prophets were sent with Sign.’

  • 561

    مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ

    ‘From among the Jinn and mankind.’

  • 572

    قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

    Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

  • 574

    قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

    Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

  • 586

    قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

    Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him

  • 591

    وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٞ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ ۚ أَفَإِيْن مَّاتَ أَوۡ قُتِلَ ٱنقَلَبۡتُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَعۡقَٰبِكُمۡ ۚ وَمَن يَنقَلِبۡ عَلَىٰ عَقِبَيۡهِ فَلَن يَضُرَّ ٱللَّهَ شَيۡـٔٗا ۚ وَسَيَجۡزِي ٱللَّهُ ٱلشَّـٰكِرِينَ

  • خطبہ

  • 602

    قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ

    Say, ‘I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,

  • 602

    مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ

    ‘The King of mankind,

  • 602

    إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ

    ‘The God of mankind,

  • 602

    مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ

    ‘From the evil of the sneaking whisperer,

  • 602

    ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ

    ‘Who whispers into the hearts of men,

  • 602

    مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ

    ‘From among the Jinn and mankind.’

  • 603

    وَقَضٰی رَبُّکَ اَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوۡۤا اِلَّاۤ اِیَّاہُ وَبِالۡوَالِدَیۡنِ اِحۡسَانًا

    Thy Lord has commanded, “Worship none but Him, and show kindness to parents

  • 604

    هَلۡ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنُ

    The reward of goodness is nothing but goodness.

  • 618

    مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ

    ‘From the evil of the sneaking whisperer,
