ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمۡ عَلَى ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنۢبِـُٔونِي بِأَسۡمَآءِ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ

then He put the objects of these names before the angels and said: ‘Tell Me the names of these, if you are right.’

وَاِذۡ فَرَقۡنَا بِکُمُ الۡبَحۡرَ فَاَنۡجَیۡنٰکُمۡ وَاَغۡرَقۡنَاۤ اٰلَ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَاَنۡتُمۡ تَنۡظُرُوۡنَ

And remember the time when We divided the sea for

وَاِذۡ وٰعَدۡنَا مُوۡسٰۤی اَرۡبَعِیۡنَ لَیۡلَۃً ثُمَّ اتَّخَذۡتُمُ الۡعِجۡلَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہٖ

And remember the time when We made Moses a promise

ثُمَّ عَفَوۡنَا عَنۡکُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ ذٰلِکَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ ﴿۵۳﴾

Then We forgave you thereafter, that you might be grateful.

وَاِذۡ اٰتَیۡنَا مُوۡسَی الۡکِتٰبَ وَالۡفُرۡقَانَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَہۡتَدُوۡنَ ﴿۵۴﴾

And remember the time when We gave Moses the Book

وَاِذۡ قُلۡتُمۡ یٰمُوۡسٰی لَنۡ نُّؤۡمِنَ لَکَ حَتّٰی نَرَی اللّٰہَ جَہۡرَۃً

And remember when you said: ‘O Moses, we will by

ثُمَّ بَعَثۡنٰکُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِکُمۡ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ ﴿۵۷﴾

Then We raised you up after your death, that you

وَظَلَّلۡنَا عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡغَمَامَ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَنَّ وَالسَّلۡوٰی ؕ کُلُوۡا مِنۡ

And We caused the clouds to be a shade over

قَدۡ بَيَّنَّا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يُوقِنُونَ

We have certainly made the Signs plain for a people who firmly believe.

وَرَافِعُكَ إِلَيَّ وَمُطَهِّرُكَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَجَاعِلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوكَ فَوۡقَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِلَيَّ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ فَأَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَكُمۡ فِيمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ

and will exalt thee to Myself, and will clear thee from the charges of those who disbelieve, and will place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve, until the Day of Resurrection; then to Me shall be your return, and I will judge between you concerning that wherein you differ.

وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ

And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have

وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ قُتِلُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ أَمۡوَٰتَۢا ۚ بَلۡ أَحۡيَآءٌ

Think not of those, who have been slain in the cause of Allah, as dead. Nay, they are living,

وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَٱلرَّسُولَ

And whoso obeys Allah and this Messenger

تَبۡتَغُونَ عَرَضَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا فَعِندَ ٱللَّهِ مَغَانِمُ كَثِيرَةٞ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كُنتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَتَبَيَّنُوٓاْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٗا

You seek the goods of this life, but with Allah are good things in plenty. Such were you before this, but Allah conferred His special favour on you; so do make proper investigation. Surely, Allah is well aware of what you do.

كُنتَ أَنتَ ٱلرَّقِيبَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ۚ وَأَنتَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ

Thou hast been the Watcher over them; and Thou art Witness over all things.

وَمَا تَنقِمُ مِنَّآ إِلَّآ أَنۡ ءَامَنَّا بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّنَا لَمَّا جَآءَتۡنَا ۚ

‘And thou dost not wreak vengeance on us but because we have believed in the Signs of our Lord, when they came to us.

اِلَّا تَنۡصُرُوۡہُ فَقَدۡ نَصَرَہُ اللّٰہُ اِذۡ اَخۡرَجَہُ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا ثَانِیَ

If you help him not, then know that Allah helped

اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّکۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَہٗ لَحٰفِظُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰﴾

Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most

إِلَّا مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡغَاوِينَ

except such of the erring ones as choose to follow thee.’

وَنَزَعۡنَا مَا فِیۡ صُدُوۡرِہِمۡ مِّنۡ غِلٍّ اِخۡوَانًا عَلٰی سُرُرٍ مُّتَقٰبِلِیۡنَ

And We shall remove whatever of rancour may be in

وَاِذۡ قُلۡنَا لِلۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃِ اسۡجُدُوۡا لِاٰدَمَ فَسَجَدُوۡۤا اِلَّاۤ اِبۡلِیۡسَ ؕ کَانَ

And remember the time when We said to the angels,

وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِکَ الۡخُلۡدَ ؕ اَفَا۠ئِنۡ مِّتَّ فَہُمُ

We granted not everlasting life to any human being before

حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فُتِحَتۡ يَأۡجُوجُ وَمَأۡجُوجُ

It shall be so even when Gog and Magog are let loose

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and

وَاَقِیۡمُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَاٰتُوا الزَّکٰوۃَ وَاَطِیۡعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ ﴿۵۷﴾

And observe Prayer and give the Zakat and obey the

لَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مُعۡجِزِیۡنَ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ ۚ وَمَاۡوٰٮہُمُ النَّارُ

Think not that those who disbelieve can frustrate Our plan

سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِي ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُ ۖ

Such has been the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away before,

اِنَّ الشَّیۡطٰنَ لَکُمۡ عَدُوٌّ فَاتَّخِذُوۡہُ عَدُوًّا ؕ اِنَّمَا یَدۡعُوۡا حِزۡبَہٗ

Surely Satan is an enemy to you; so take him

اِنَّکَ مَیِّتٌ وَّاِنَّہُمۡ مَّیِّتُوۡنَ ﴿۫۳۱﴾

Surely thou wilt die, and surely they too will die.

فِیۡہَا یُفۡرَقُ کُلُّ اَمۡرٍ حَکِیۡمٍ ۙ﴿۵﴾

In it all wise things are decided,

وَعَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَأَلۡزَمَهُمۡ كَلِمَةَ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ وَكَانُوٓاْ أَحَقَّ بِهَا وَأَهۡلَهَا ۚ

and they were better entitled to it and more worthy of it.

وَاِنۡ طَآئِفَتٰنِ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ اقۡتَتَلُوۡا فَاَصۡلِحُوۡا بَیۡنَہُمَا ۚ فَاِنۡۢ بَغَتۡ

And if two parties of believers fight against each other,

اِنَّمَا الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ اِخۡوَۃٌ فَاَصۡلِحُوۡا بَیۡنَ اَخَوَیۡکُمۡ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ

Surely all believers are brothers. So make peace between brothers,

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اجۡتَنِبُوۡا کَثِیۡرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ ۫ اِنَّ بَعۡضَ

O ye who believe! avoid most of suspicions; for suspicion

فَكَرِهۡتُمُوهُ ۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٞ رَّحِيمٞ

Certainly you would loathe it. And fear Allah, surely, Allah is Oft-Returning with compassion and is Merciful.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اجۡتَنِبُوۡا کَثِیۡرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ ۫ اِنَّ بَعۡضَ

O ye who believe! avoid most of suspicions; for suspicion

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اجۡتَنِبُوۡا کَثِیۡرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ ۫ اِنَّ بَعۡضَ

O ye who believe! avoid most of suspicions; for suspicion

وَفِی السَّمَآءِ رِزۡقُکُمۡ وَمَا تُوۡعَدُوۡنَ ﴿۲۳﴾

And in heaven is your sustenance, and also that which

ثُلَّۃٌ مِّنَ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ ﴿ۙ۴۰﴾

A large party from among the early Muslims,

وَثُلَّۃٌ مِّنَ الۡاٰخِرِیۡنَ ﴿ؕ۴۱﴾

And a large party from the later ones.

وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ

He is the Mighty, the Wise.

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الۡعُسۡرِ یُسۡرًا ۙ﴿۶﴾

Surely there is ease after hardship.

اِنَّ مَعَ الۡعُسۡرِ یُسۡرًا ؕ﴿۷﴾

Aye, surely there is ease after hardship.
