اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

Guide us in the right path —

غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

Those who have not incurred Thy displeasure.

صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ

The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings.

مَا مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَّا رَسُولٞ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِن قَبۡلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ

Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have passed away before him.

وَمَا قَتَلُوهُ وَمَا صَلَبُوهُ وَلَٰكِن شُبِّهَ لَهُمۡ

Whereas they slew him not, nor crucified him, but he was made to appear to them like one crucified.

شُبِّهَ لَهُمۡ

He was made to appear to them like one crucified.

بَل رَّفَعَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيۡهِ

On the contrary, Allah exalted him to Himself.

بَل رَّفَعَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِلَيۡهِ

On the contrary, Allah exalted him to Himself.

فِيهَا تَحۡيَوۡنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنۡهَا تُخۡرَجُونَ

Therein shall you live, and therein shall you die, and therefrom shall you be brought forth.

لَا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمۡ أَبۡوَٰبُ ٱلسَّمَآءِ

The gates of the spiritual firmament will not be opened for them.

فَيَنظُرَ كَيۡفَ تَعۡمَلُونَ

He may then see how you act.

وَإِن مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ إِلَّا نَحۡنُ مُهۡلِكُوهَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَوۡ مُعَذِّبُوهَا عَذَابٗا شَدِيدٗا

There is not a township but We shall destroy it before the Day of Resurrection, or punish it with a severe punishment.

قُلۡ سُبۡحَانَ رَبِّي هَلۡ كُنتُ إِلَّا بَشَرٗا رَّسُولٗا

Say, ‘Holy is my Lord! I am not but a man sent as a Messenger.

إِنَّ يَوۡمًا عِندَ رَبِّكَ كَأَلۡفِ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ

Verily, a day with thy Lord is as a thousand years of your reckoning.

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ

Allah has promised to those among you who believe and

إِذَا وَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ أَخۡرَجۡنَا لَهُمۡ دَآبَّةٗ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمۡ أَنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ كَانُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا لَا يُوقِنُونَ

When the sentence is passed against them, We shall bring forth for them a germ out of the earth, which shall wound them because people did not believe in Our Signs.

ہٰذَا ذِکۡرٌ ؕ وَاِنَّ لِلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ لَحُسۡنَ مَاٰبٍ ﴿ۙ۵۰﴾

This is a reminder. And the righteous will surely have

جَنّٰتِ عَدۡنٍ مُّفَتَّحَۃً لَّہُمُ الۡاَبۡوَابُ ﴿ۚ۵۱﴾

Gardens of Eternity, with their gates thrown open to them,

مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالٗا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَشۡرَارِ

What has happened to us that we see not the men whom we used to reckon among the wicked?

ٱقۡتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ

The Hour has drawn nigh.

اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلًا ۬ۙ شَاہِدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ کَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلٰی

Verily, We have sent to you a Messenger, who is
