Al-Fatihah
72
بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ ﴿۱﴾
In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
72
اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۲﴾
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,
286
اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۲﴾
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,
72
الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ ۙ﴿۳﴾
The Gracious, the Merciful,
72
مٰلِکِ یَوۡمِ الدِّیۡنِ ؕ﴿۴﴾
Master of the Day of Judgment.
72
اِیَّاکَ نَعۡبُدُ وَاِیَّاکَ نَسۡتَعِیۡنُ ؕ﴿۵﴾
Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we
73
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —
98
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —
99
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —
136
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —
142
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —
144
اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾
Guide us in the right path —

اِہۡدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الۡمُسۡتَقِیۡمَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
73
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
99
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
101
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy

صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
142
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
144
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
164
صِرَاطَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ۬ۙ غَیۡرِ الۡمَغۡضُوۡبِ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا الضَّآلِّیۡنَ
The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy
Al-Baqarah
150
وَالَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا وَکَذَّبُوۡا بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ اُولٰٓئِکَ اَصۡحٰبُ النَّارِ ۚ ہُمۡ فِیۡہَا
But they who will disbelieve and treat Our Signs as
116
اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہَادُوۡا وَالنَّصٰرٰی وَالصّٰبِئِیۡنَ مَنۡ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰہِ
Surely, the Believers, and the Jews, and the Christians and
19
وَقُولُواْ لِلنَّاسِ حُسۡنٗا
And speak to men kindly .
150
وَلَقَدۡ اٰتَیۡنَا مُوۡسَی الۡکِتٰبَ وَقَفَّیۡنَا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہٖ بِالرُّسُلِ ۫ وَاٰتَیۡنَا
And verily, We gave Moses the Book and caused after
36
وَاِذۡ اَخَذۡنَا مِیۡثَاقَکُمۡ وَرَفَعۡنَا فَوۡقَکُمُ الطُّوۡرَ ؕ خُذُوۡا مَاۤ اٰتَیۡنٰکُمۡ
And remember the time, when We took a covenant from
423
وَقَالُوۡا لَنۡ یَّدۡخُلَ الۡجَنَّۃَ اِلَّا مَنۡ کَانَ ہُوۡدًا اَوۡ نَصٰرٰی
And they say, ‘None shall ever enter Heaven unless he
17
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
56
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
60
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
64
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
ii
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
423
بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ
Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the
31
وَلَنَبۡلُوَنَّکُمۡ بِشَیۡءٍ مِّنَ الۡخَوۡفِ وَالۡجُوۡعِ وَنَقۡصٍ مِّنَ الۡاَمۡوَالِ وَالۡاَنۡفُسِ وَالثَّمَرٰتِ
And We will try you with something of fear and
31
الَّذِیۡنَ اِذَاۤ اَصَابَتۡہُمۡ مُّصِیۡبَۃٌ ۙ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّاۤ اِلَیۡہِ
Who, when a misfortune overtakes them, say, ‘Surely, to Allah
31
اُولٰٓئِکَ عَلَیۡہِمۡ صَلَوٰتٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّہِمۡ وَرَحۡمَۃٌ ۟ وَاُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُہۡتَدُوۡنَ
It is these on whom are blessings from their Lord
39
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ یَّتَّخِذُ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ اَنۡدَادًا یُّحِبُّوۡنَہُمۡ کَحُبِّ
And there are some among men who take for themselves
29
وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ فِي ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءِ وَٱلضَّرَّآءِ وَحِينَ ٱلۡبَأۡسِ ۗ
And the patient in poverty and afflictions and the steadfast in time of war;
24
وَلَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡقِصَاصِ حَيَوٰةٞ يَـٰٓأُوْلِي ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
And there is life for you in the law of retaliation, O men of understanding.
58
وَاِذَا سَاَلَکَ عِبَادِیۡ عَنِّیۡ فَاِنِّیۡ قَرِیۡبٌ ؕ اُجِیۡبُ دَعۡوَۃَ الدَّاعِ
And when My servants ask thee about Me, say: ‘I
57
فَاِذَا قَضَیۡتُمۡ مَّنَاسِکَکُمۡ فَاذۡکُرُوا اللّٰہَ کَذِکۡرِکُمۡ اٰبَآءَکُمۡ اَوۡ اَشَدَّ ذِکۡرًا
And when you have performed the acts of worship prescribed
61
فَاِذَا قَضَیۡتُمۡ مَّنَاسِکَکُمۡ فَاذۡکُرُوا اللّٰہَ کَذِکۡرِکُمۡ اٰبَآءَکُمۡ اَوۡ اَشَدَّ ذِکۡرًا
And when you have performed the acts of worship prescribed
58
وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ یَّشۡرِیۡ نَفۡسَہُ ابۡتِغَآءَ مَرۡضَاتِ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ
And of men there is he who would sell himself
317
نِسَآؤُکُمۡ حَرۡثٌ لَّکُمۡ ۪ فَاۡتُوۡا حَرۡثَکُمۡ اَنّٰی شِئۡتُمۡ ۫ وَقَدِّمُوۡا
Your wives are a tilth for you; so approach your
322
وَالۡمُطَلَّقٰتُ یَتَرَبَّصۡنَ بِاَنۡفُسِہِنَّ ثَلٰثَۃَ قُرُوۡٓءٍ ؕ وَلَا یَحِلُّ لَہُنَّ اَنۡ
And the divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three
315
وَالۡوَالِدٰتُ یُرۡضِعۡنَ اَوۡلَادَہُنَّ حَوۡلَیۡنِ کَامِلَیۡنِ لِمَنۡ اَرَادَ اَنۡ یُّتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَۃَ
And mothers shall give suck to their children for two
27
ا تُبۡطِلُواْ صَدَقَٰتِكُم بِٱلۡمَنِّ وَٱلۡأَذَىٰ كَٱلَّذِي
Render not vain your alms by taunt and injury.
vi
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِذَا تَدَایَنۡتُمۡ بِدَیۡنٍ اِلٰۤی اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّی فَاکۡتُبُوۡہُ
O ye who believe! when you borrow one from another
vii
وَاِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ عَلٰی سَفَرٍ وَّلَمۡ تَجِدُوۡا کَاتِبًا فَرِہٰنٌ مَّقۡبُوۡضَۃٌ ؕ
And if you be on a journey, and you find
Aal-e-`Imran
107
قُلۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُحِبُّوۡنَ اللّٰہَ فَاتَّبِعُوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ وَیَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ
Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah
116
قُلۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُحِبُّوۡنَ اللّٰہَ فَاتَّبِعُوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ وَیَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ
Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah
194
اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰہُ یٰعِیۡسٰۤی اِنِّیۡ مُتَوَفِّیۡکَ وَرَافِعُکَ اِلَیَّ وَمُطَہِّرُکَ مِنَ
When Allah said, ‘O Jesus, I will cause thee to
200
اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰہُ یٰعِیۡسٰۤی اِنِّیۡ مُتَوَفِّیۡکَ وَرَافِعُکَ اِلَیَّ وَمُطَہِّرُکَ مِنَ
When Allah said, ‘O Jesus, I will cause thee to
ii
قُلۡ یٰۤاَہۡلَ الۡکِتٰبِ تَعَالَوۡا اِلٰی کَلِمَۃٍ سَوَآءٍۢ بَیۡنَنَا وَبَیۡنَکُمۡ اَلَّا
Say, ‘O People of the Book! come to a word
113
فِیۡہِ اٰیٰتٌۢ بَیِّنٰتٌ مَّقَامُ اِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ ۬ۚ وَمَنۡ دَخَلَہٗ کَانَ اٰمِنًا
In it are manifest Signs; it is the place of
143
کُنۡتُمۡ خَیۡرَ اُمَّۃٍ اُخۡرِجَتۡ لِلنَّاسِ تَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَتَنۡہَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡکَرِ
You are the best people raised for the good of
40
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تَتَّخِذُوۡا بِطَانَۃً مِّنۡ دُوۡنِکُمۡ لَا یَاۡلُوۡنَکُمۡ
O ye who believe! take not others than your own
20
وَٱلۡكَٰظِمِينَ ٱلۡغَيۡظَ وَٱلۡعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ ۗ
And those who suppress anger and pardon men.
343
وَلَا تَہِنُوۡا وَلَا تَحۡزَنُوۡا وَاَنۡتُمُ الۡاَعۡلَوۡنَ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۱۴۰﴾
Slacken not, nor grieve; and you shall certainly have the
198
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ
And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have
v
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ
And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have
205
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ
And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have
208
وَمَا مُحَمَّدٌ اِلَّا رَسُوۡلٌ ۚ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہِ الرُّسُلُ
And Muhammad is only a Messenger. Verily, all Messengers have
ii
اَلَّذِیۡنَ قَالَ لَہُمُ النَّاسُ اِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدۡ جَمَعُوۡا لَکُمۡ فَاخۡشَوۡہُمۡ
Those to whom men said, ‘People have mustered against you,
An-Nisa'
319
وَاِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ اَلَّا تُقۡسِطُوۡا فِی الۡیَتٰمٰی فَانۡکِحُوۡا مَا طَابَ لَکُمۡ
And if you fear that you will not be fair
15
وَلَا تُؤۡتُوا السُّفَہَآءَ اَمۡوَالَکُمُ الَّتِیۡ جَعَلَ اللّٰہُ لَکُمۡ قِیٰمًا وَّارۡزُقُوۡہُمۡ
And give not to the foolish your property which Allah
15
وَابۡتَلُوا الۡیَتٰمٰی حَتّٰۤی اِذَا بَلَغُوا النِّکَاحَ ۚ فَاِنۡ اٰنَسۡتُمۡ مِّنۡہُمۡ
And prove the orphans until they attain the age of
ii
وَلۡیَخۡشَ الَّذِیۡنَ لَوۡ تَرَکُوۡا مِنۡ خَلۡفِہِمۡ ذُرِّیَّۃً ضِعٰفًا خَافُوۡا عَلَیۡہِمۡ
And let those fear God who, if they should leave
ii
اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ اَمۡوَالَ الۡیَتٰمٰی ظُلۡمًا اِنَّمَا یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ فِیۡ بُطُوۡنِہِمۡ
Surely, they who devour the property of orphans unjustly, only
311
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا
O ye who believe! it is not lawful for you
312
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا
O ye who believe! it is not lawful for you
313
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا
O ye who believe! it is not lawful for you
315
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا
O ye who believe! it is not lawful for you
322
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَحِلُّ لَکُمۡ اَنۡ تَرِثُوا النِّسَآءَ کَرۡہًا
O ye who believe! it is not lawful for you
323
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوّٰمُوۡنَ عَلَی النِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰہُ بَعۡضَہُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ
Men are guardians over women because Allah has made some
324
اَلرِّجَالُ قَوّٰمُوۡنَ عَلَی النِّسَآءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰہُ بَعۡضَہُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ
Men are guardians over women because Allah has made some
309
مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ ہَادُوۡا یُحَرِّفُوۡنَ الۡکَلِمَ عَنۡ مَّوَاضِعِہٖ وَیَقُوۡلُوۡنَ سَمِعۡنَا وَعَصَیۡنَا
There are some among the Jews who pervert words from
18
وَٱلصُّلۡحُ خَيۡرٞ ۗ
And reconciliation is best.
v
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰمِیۡنَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ شُہَدَآءَ لِلّٰہِ وَلَوۡ عَلٰۤی
O ye who believe! be strict in observing justice, and
343
ۣالَّذِیۡنَ یَتَرَبَّصُوۡنَ بِکُمۡ ۚ فَاِنۡ کَانَ لَکُمۡ فَتۡحٌ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ
Those who wait for news concerning you. If you have
118
اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یَکۡفُرُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَرُسُلِہٖ وَیُرِیۡدُوۡنَ اَنۡ یُّفَرِّقُوۡا بَیۡنَ اللّٰہِ
Surely, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and
118
اُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡکٰفِرُوۡنَ حَقًّا ۚ وَاَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ عَذَابًا مُّہِیۡنًا ﴿۱۵۲﴾
These indeed are veritable disbelievers, and We have prepared for
215
وَّبِکُفۡرِہِمۡ وَقَوۡلِہِمۡ عَلٰی مَرۡیَمَ بُہۡتَانًا عَظِیۡمًا ﴿۱۵۷﴾ۙ
And because of their disbelief and their uttering against Mary
215
وَّقَوۡلِہِمۡ اِنَّا قَتَلۡنَا الۡمَسِیۡحَ عِیۡسَی ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ ۚ
And their saying, ‘We did kill the Messiah, Jesus, son
259
وَّقَوۡلِہِمۡ اِنَّا قَتَلۡنَا الۡمَسِیۡحَ عِیۡسَی ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ ۚ
And their saying, ‘We did kill the Messiah, Jesus, son
153
وَرُسُلًا قَدۡ قَصَصۡنٰہُمۡ عَلَیۡکَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَرُسُلًا لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡہُمۡ عَلَیۡکَ
And We sent some Messengers whom We have already mentioned
38
وَرُسُلًا قَدۡ قَصَصۡنٰہُمۡ عَلَیۡکَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ وَرُسُلًا لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡہُمۡ عَلَیۡکَ
And We sent some Messengers whom We have already mentioned
vi
رُسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِیۡنَ وَمُنۡذِرِیۡنَ لِئَلَّا یَکُوۡنَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَی اللّٰہِ حُجَّۃٌۢ بَعۡدَ
Messengers, bearers of glad tidings and warners, so that people
Al-Ma'idah
128
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ
Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which
148
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ
Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which
148
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ
Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which
149
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ
Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which
vi
حُرِّمَتۡ عَلَیۡکُمُ الۡمَیۡتَۃُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحۡمُ الۡخِنۡزِیۡرِ وَمَاۤ اُہِلَّ لِغَیۡرِ اللّٰہِ
Forbidden to you is the flesh of an animal which
vi
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰمِیۡنَ لِلّٰہِ شُہَدَآءَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ ۫ وَلَا
O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of
134
قَالُوۡا یٰمُوۡسٰۤی اِنَّا لَنۡ نَّدۡخُلَہَاۤ اَبَدًا مَّا دَامُوۡا فِیۡہَا فَاذۡہَبۡ
They said, ‘O Moses, we will never enter it so
iii
مَن قَتَلَ نَفۡسَۢا بِغَيۡرِ نَفۡسٍ أَوۡ فَسَادٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗا وَمَنۡ أَحۡيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَآ أَحۡيَا ٱلنَّاسَ جَمِيعٗا ۚ
that whosoever killed a person — unless it be for killing a person or for creating disorder in the land — it shall be as if he had killed all mankind.
40
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الۡیَہُوۡدَ وَالنَّصٰرٰۤی اَوۡلِیَآءَ ۘؔ بَعۡضُہُمۡ
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the
192
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
193
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
194
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
205
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
206
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
207
مَا قُلۡتُ لَہُمۡ اِلَّا مَاۤ اَمَرۡتَنِیۡ بِہٖۤ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ
“I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst
Al-An`am
97
اَلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَلَمۡ یَلۡبِسُوۡۤا اِیۡمَانَہُمۡ بِظُلۡمٍ اُولٰٓئِکَ لَہُمُ الۡاَمۡنُ وَہُمۡ
Those who believe and mix not up their belief with
96
وَجَعَلُوۡا لِلّٰہِ شُرَکَآءَ الۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَہُمۡ وَخَرَقُوۡا لَہٗ بَنِیۡنَ وَبَنٰتٍۭ بِغَیۡرِ
And they hold the Jinn to be partners with Allah,
vi
وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوۡا مَالَ الۡیَتِیۡمِ اِلَّا بِالَّتِیۡ ہِیَ اَحۡسَنُ حَتّٰی یَبۡلُغَ
‘And approach not the property of the orphan, except in
424
قُلۡ اِنَّ صَلَاتِیۡ وَنُسُکِیۡ وَمَحۡیَایَ وَمَمَاتِیۡ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۳﴾ۙ
Say, ‘My Prayer and my sacrifice and my life and
424
لَا شَرِیۡکَ لَہٗ ۚ وَبِذٰلِکَ اُمِرۡتُ وَاَنَا اَوَّلُ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶۴﴾
‘He has no partner. And so am I commanded, and
Al-A`raf
279
قَالَ اَنۡظِرۡنِیۡۤ اِلٰی یَوۡمِ یُبۡعَثُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵﴾
He said, ‘Grant me respite till the day when they

قَالَ اِنَّکَ مِنَ الۡمُنۡظَرِیۡنَ ﴿۱۶﴾
God said, ‘Thou shalt be of those who are given
376
قَالَ فِیۡہَا تَحۡیَوۡنَ وَفِیۡہَا تَمُوۡتُوۡنَ وَمِنۡہَا تُخۡرَجُوۡنَ ﴿٪۲۶﴾
He said, ‘Therein shall you live, and therein shall you
81
یٰبَنِیۡۤ اٰدَمَ قَدۡ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَیۡکُمۡ لِبَاسًا یُّوَارِیۡ سَوۡاٰتِکُمۡ وَرِیۡشًا ؕ
O children of Adam! We have indeed sent down to
Al-Anfal
18
وَأَصۡلِحُواْ ذَاتَ بَيۡنِكُمۡ ۖ
And set things right among yourselves.
iii
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنۡ تَتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ یَجۡعَلۡ لَّکُمۡ فُرۡقَانًا وَّیُکَفِّرۡ
O ye who believe! if you fear Allah, He will
427
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اِنۡ تَتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ یَجۡعَلۡ لَّکُمۡ فُرۡقَانًا وَّیُکَفِّرۡ
O ye who believe! if you fear Allah, He will
vi
وَلَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا کَالَّذِیۡنَ خَرَجُوۡا مِنۡ دِیَارِہِمۡ بَطَرًا وَّرِئَآءَ النَّاسِ وَیَصُدُّوۡنَ
And be not like those who came forth from their
18
وَإِن جَنَحُواْ لِلسَّلۡمِ فَٱجۡنَحۡ لَهَا
And if they incline towards peace, incline thou also towards it.
At-Taubah
74
قُلۡ اِنۡ کَانَ اٰبَآؤُکُمۡ وَاَبۡنَآؤُکُمۡ وَاِخۡوَانُکُمۡ وَاَزۡوَاجُکُمۡ وَعَشِیۡرَتُکُمۡ وَاَمۡوَالُ ۣاقۡتَرَفۡتُمُوۡہَا
Say, if your fathers, and your sons, and your brethren,
158
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَکُوۡنُوۡا مَعَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۹﴾
O ye who believe! fear Allah and be with the
158
یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَکُوۡنُوۡا مَعَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۹﴾
O ye who believe! fear Allah and be with the
39
لَقَدۡ جَآءَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِکُمۡ عَزِیۡزٌ عَلَیۡہِ مَا عَنِتُّمۡ حَرِیۡصٌ
Surely, a Messenger has come unto you from among yourselves;
Yunus
425
اَلَاۤ اِنَّ اَوۡلِیَآءَ اللّٰہِ لَا خَوۡفٌ عَلَیۡہِمۡ وَلَا ہُمۡ یَحۡزَنُوۡنَ
Behold! the friends of Allah shall certainly have no fear,
425
الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَکَانُوۡا یَتَّقُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۶۴﴾
Those who believed and kept to righteousness —
395
لَہُمُ الۡبُشۡرٰی فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَفِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ ؕ لَا تَبۡدِیۡلَ
For them are glad tidings in the present life and
425
لَہُمُ الۡبُشۡرٰی فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَفِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ ؕ لَا تَبۡدِیۡلَ
For them are glad tidings in the present life and
Yusuf
85
وَلَقَدۡ ہَمَّتۡ بِہٖ ۚ وَہَمَّ بِہَا لَوۡلَاۤ اَنۡ رَّاٰ بُرۡہَانَ
And she made up her mind with regard to him,
1
إِنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ لَأَمَّارَةُۢ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ
For, the soul is surely prone to enjoin evil.
Ar-Ra`d
164
اَنۡزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَسَالَتۡ اَوۡدِیَۃٌۢ بِقَدَرِہَا فَاحۡتَمَلَ السَّیۡلُ زَبَدًا
He sends down water from the sky, so that valleys
vi
ٱلَّذِينَ صَبَرُواْ ٱبۡتِغَآءَ وَجۡهِ رَبِّهِمۡ
And those who persevere in seeking the favour of their Lord.
viii
وَلَوۡ اَنَّ قُرۡاٰنًا سُیِّرَتۡ بِہِ الۡجِبَالُ اَوۡ قُطِّعَتۡ بِہِ الۡاَرۡضُ
And if there were a Qur’an by which mountains could
275
لَہُمۡ عَذَابٌ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَلَعَذَابُ الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَشَقُّ ۚ وَمَا
For them is a punishment in the present life; and,
Ibrahim
426
تُؤۡتِیۡۤ اُکُلَہَا کُلَّ حِیۡنٍۭ بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّہَا ؕ وَیَضۡرِبُ اللّٰہُ الۡاَمۡثَالَ
It brings forth its fruit at all times by the
Al-Hijr
162
اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّکۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَہٗ لَحٰفِظُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰﴾
Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most
163
اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّکۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَہٗ لَحٰفِظُوۡنَ ﴿۱۰﴾
Verily, We Ourself have sent down this Exhortation, and most
182
لَا یَمَسُّہُمۡ فِیۡہَا نَصَبٌ وَّمَا ہُمۡ مِّنۡہَا بِمُخۡرَجِیۡنَ ﴿۴۹﴾
Fatigue shall not touch them there, nor shall they ever
210
لَا یَمَسُّہُمۡ فِیۡہَا نَصَبٌ وَّمَا ہُمۡ مِّنۡہَا بِمُخۡرَجِیۡنَ ﴿۴۹﴾
Fatigue shall not touch them there, nor shall they ever
An-Nahl
78
وَالَّذِیۡنَ یَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ لَا یَخۡلُقُوۡنَ شَیۡئًا وَّہُمۡ یُخۡلَقُوۡنَ
And those on whom they call beside Allah create not
78
اَمۡوَاتٌ غَیۡرُ اَحۡیَآءٍ ۚ وَمَا یَشۡعُرُوۡنَ ۙ اَیَّانَ یُبۡعَثُوۡنَ ﴿٪۲۲﴾
They are dead, not living; and they know not when
vi
الَّذِیۡنَ تَتَوَفّٰٮہُمُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ ظَالِمِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ ۪ فَاَلۡقَوُا السَّلَمَ مَا کُنَّا
Those whom the angels cause to die while they are
iii
الَّذِیۡنَ تَتَوَفّٰٮہُمُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ طَیِّبِیۡنَ ۙ یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ سَلٰمٌ عَلَیۡکُمُ ۙ ادۡخُلُوا
Those whom the angels cause to die while they are
187
وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِکَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوۡحِیۡۤ اِلَیۡہِمۡ فَسۡـَٔلُوۡۤا اَہۡلَ
And We sent not as Messengers before thee but men
24
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ وَإِيتَآيِٕ ذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred.
26
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡمُرُ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِ وَٱلۡإِحۡسَٰنِ وَإِيتَآيِٕ ذِي ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ وَيَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱلۡبَغۡيِ ۚ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to others; and giving like kindred; and forbids indecency, and manifest evil, and wrongful transgression.
41
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to
56
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to
57
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to
58
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ
Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to
Bani Isra'il
viii
مَنِ اہۡتَدٰی فَاِنَّمَا یَہۡتَدِیۡ لِنَفۡسِہٖ ۚ وَمَنۡ ضَلَّ فَاِنَّمَا یَضِلُّ
He who follows the right way follows it only for
19
وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَیۡسَ لَکَ بِہٖ عِلۡمٌ ؕ اِنَّ السَّمۡعَ
And follow not that of which thou hast no knowledge.
373
وَلَا تَقۡفُ مَا لَیۡسَ لَکَ بِہٖ عِلۡمٌ ؕ اِنَّ السَّمۡعَ
And follow not that of which thou hast no knowledge.
iii
وَقُلۡ جَآءَ الۡحَقُّ وَزَہَقَ الۡبَاطِلُ ؕ اِنَّ الۡبَاطِلَ کَانَ زَہُوۡقًا
And say, ‘Truth has come and falsehood has vanished away.
Al-Kahf
295
وَیَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ عَنۡ ذِی الۡقَرۡنَیۡنِ ؕ قُلۡ سَاَتۡلُوۡا عَلَیۡکُمۡ مِّنۡہُ ذِکۡرًا
And they ask thee about Dhu’l Qarnain. Say, ‘I will
295
اِنَّا مَکَّنَّا لَہٗ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ وَاٰتَیۡنٰہُ مِنۡ کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ سَبَبًا
We established him in the earth and gave him the
302
حَتّٰۤی اِذَا بَلَغَ مَغۡرِبَ الشَّمۡسِ وَجَدَہَا تَغۡرُبُ فِیۡ عَیۡنٍ حَمِئَۃٍ
Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he
297
ثُمَّ اَتۡبَعَ سَبَبًا ﴿۹۰﴾
Then indeed he followed another way
297
حَتّٰۤی اِذَا بَلَغَ مَطۡلِعَ الشَّمۡسِ وَجَدَہَا تَطۡلُعُ عَلٰی قَوۡمٍ لَّمۡ
Until, when he reached the rising of the sun, he
297
کَذٰلِکَ ؕ وَقَدۡ اَحَطۡنَا بِمَا لَدَیۡہِ خُبۡرًا ﴿۹۲﴾
Thus indeed it was. Verily, We encompassed with Our knowledge
306
وَتَرَکۡنَا بَعۡضَہُمۡ یَوۡمَئِذٍ یَّمُوۡجُ فِیۡ بَعۡضٍ وَّنُفِخَ فِی الصُّوۡرِ فَجَمَعۡنٰہُمۡ
And on that day We shall leave some of them
306
وَّعَرَضۡنَا جَہَنَّمَ یَوۡمَئِذٍ لِّلۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ عَرۡضَا ﴿۱۰۱﴾ۙ
And on that day We shall present Hell, face to
306
ۣالَّذِیۡنَ کَانَتۡ اَعۡیُنُہُمۡ فِیۡ غِطَـآءٍ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِیۡ وَکَانُوۡا لَا یَسۡتَطِیۡعُوۡنَ
Whose eyes were under a veil so as not to
Maryam
201
وَّجَعَلَنِیۡ مُبٰرَکًا اَیۡنَ مَا کُنۡتُ ۪ وَاَوۡصٰنِیۡ بِالصَّلٰوۃِ وَالزَّکٰوۃِ مَا
‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be,
265
وَّجَعَلَنِیۡ مُبٰرَکًا اَیۡنَ مَا کُنۡتُ ۪ وَاَوۡصٰنِیۡ بِالصَّلٰوۃِ وَالزَّکٰوۃِ مَا
‘And He has made me blessed wheresoever I may be,
201
وَّبَرًّۢا بِوَالِدَتِیۡ ۫ وَلَمۡ یَجۡعَلۡنِیۡ جَبَّارًا شَقِیًّا ﴿۳۳﴾
‘And He has made me dutiful toward my mother, and
TaHa
159
اِنَّہٗ مَنۡ یَّاۡتِ رَبَّہٗ مُجۡرِمًا فَاِنَّ لَہٗ جَہَنَّمَ ؕ لَا
Verily, he who comes to his Lord a sinner —
355
اِنَّہٗ مَنۡ یَّاۡتِ رَبَّہٗ مُجۡرِمًا فَاِنَّ لَہٗ جَہَنَّمَ ؕ لَا
Verily, he who comes to his Lord a sinner —
Al-Anbiya'
vi
وَمَا جَعَلۡنٰہُمۡ جَسَدًا لَّا یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ وَمَا کَانُوۡا خٰلِدِیۡنَ ﴿۹﴾
And We did not give them bodies that ate no
199
وَمَا جَعَلۡنٰہُمۡ جَسَدًا لَّا یَاۡکُلُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ وَمَا کَانُوۡا خٰلِدِیۡنَ ﴿۹﴾
And We did not give them bodies that ate no
vi
وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا لِبَشَرٍ مِّنۡ قَبۡلِکَ الۡخُلۡدَ ؕ اَفَا۠ئِنۡ مِّتَّ فَہُمُ
We granted not everlasting life to any human being before
283
حَتّٰۤی اِذَا فُتِحَتۡ یَاۡجُوۡجُ وَمَاۡجُوۡجُ وَہُمۡ مِّنۡ کُلِّ حَدَبٍ یَّنۡسِلُوۡنَ
It shall be so even when Gog and Magog are
309
حَتّٰۤی اِذَا فُتِحَتۡ یَاۡجُوۡجُ وَمَاۡجُوۡجُ وَہُمۡ مِّنۡ کُلِّ حَدَبٍ یَّنۡسِلُوۡنَ
It shall be so even when Gog and Magog are
Al-Hajj
33
ذٰلِکَ ٭ وَمَنۡ یُّعَظِّمۡ حُرُمٰتِ اللّٰہِ فَہُوَ خَیۡرٌ لَّہٗ عِنۡدَ
That is God’s commandment. And whoso honours the sacred things
Al-Mu'minun
78
قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۲﴾
Surely, success does come to the believers,
78
الَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ فِیۡ صَلَاتِہِمۡ خٰشِعُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۳﴾
Who are humble in their Prayers,
80
وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ لِاَمٰنٰتِہِمۡ وَعَہۡدِہِمۡ رٰعُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۹﴾
And who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants,
88
وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ لِاَمٰنٰتِہِمۡ وَعَہۡدِہِمۡ رٰعُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۹﴾
And who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants,
90
وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ لِاَمٰنٰتِہِمۡ وَعَہۡدِہِمۡ رٰعُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۹﴾
And who are watchful of their trusts and their covenants,
82
وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ عَلٰی صَلَوٰتِہِمۡ یُحَافِظُوۡنَ ۘ﴿۱۰﴾
And who are strict in the observance of their Prayers.
81
ثُمَّ خَلَقۡنَا النُّطۡفَۃَ عَلَقَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡعَلَقَۃَ مُضۡغَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡمُضۡغَۃَ عِظٰمًا
Then We fashioned the sperm into a clot; then We
98
ثُمَّ خَلَقۡنَا النُّطۡفَۃَ عَلَقَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡعَلَقَۃَ مُضۡغَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡمُضۡغَۃَ عِظٰمًا
Then We fashioned the sperm into a clot; then We
224
ثُمَّ خَلَقۡنَا النُّطۡفَۃَ عَلَقَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡعَلَقَۃَ مُضۡغَۃً فَخَلَقۡنَا الۡمُضۡغَۃَ عِظٰمًا
Then We fashioned the sperm into a clot; then We
150
ثُمَّ اَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا تَتۡرَا ؕ کُلَّ مَا جَآءَ اُمَّۃً رَّسُوۡلُہَا
Then We sent Our Messengers one after another. Every time
136
وَجَعَلۡنَا ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ وَاُمَّہٗۤ اٰیَۃً وَّاٰوَیۡنٰہُمَاۤ اِلٰی رَبۡوَۃٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ
And We made the son of Mary and his mother
263
وَجَعَلۡنَا ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ وَاُمَّہٗۤ اٰیَۃً وَّاٰوَیۡنٰہُمَاۤ اِلٰی رَبۡوَۃٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ
And We made the son of Mary and his mother
An-Nur
330
قُلۡ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ یَغُضُّوۡا مِنۡ اَبۡصَارِہِمۡ وَیَحۡفَظُوۡا فُرُوۡجَہُمۡ ؕ ذٰلِکَ اَزۡکٰی
Say to the believing men that they restrain their eyes
155
وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ
Allah has promised to those among you who believe and
165
وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا مِنۡکُمۡ وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ لَیَسۡتَخۡلِفَنَّہُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ
Allah has promised to those among you who believe and
Al-Furqan
223
ۣالَّذِیۡ لَہٗ مُلۡکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَلَمۡ یَتَّخِذۡ وَلَدًا وَّلَمۡ یَکُنۡ
He to Whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and
223
وَاتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِہٖۤ اٰلِہَۃً لَّا یَخۡلُقُوۡنَ شَیۡئًا وَّہُمۡ یُخۡلَقُوۡنَ وَلَا
Yet they have taken beside Him gods, who create nothing
18
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡشُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ هَوۡنٗا
And the servants of the Gracious God are those who walk on the earth in a dignified manner.
18
وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِٱللَّغۡوِ مَرُّواْ كِرَامٗا
And when they pass by anything vain, they pass on with dignity.
vii
وَالَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَشۡہَدُوۡنَ الزُّوۡرَ ۙ وَاِذَا مَرُّوۡا بِاللَّغۡوِ مَرُّوۡا کِرَامًا
And those who bear not false witness, and when they
Ash-Shu`ara'
39
لَعَلَّکَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفۡسَکَ اَلَّا یَکُوۡنُوۡا مُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾
Haply thou wilt grieve thyself to death because they believe
112
لَعَلَّکَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفۡسَکَ اَلَّا یَکُوۡنُوۡا مُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾
Haply thou wilt grieve thyself to death because they believe
135
لَعَلَّکَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفۡسَکَ اَلَّا یَکُوۡنُوۡا مُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ ﴿۴﴾
Haply thou wilt grieve thyself to death because they believe
An-Naml
86
قَالَتۡ اِنَّ الۡمُلُوۡکَ اِذَا دَخَلُوۡا قَرۡیَۃً اَفۡسَدُوۡہَا وَجَعَلُوۡۤا اَعِزَّۃَ اَہۡلِہَاۤ
She said, ‘Surely, kings, when they enter a country, despoil
219
قِیۡلَ لَہَا ادۡخُلِی الصَّرۡحَ ۚ فَلَمَّا رَاَتۡہُ حَسِبَتۡہُ لُجَّۃً وَّکَشَفَتۡ
It was said to her, ‘Enter the palace.’ And when
Al-`Ankabut
163
بَلۡ ہُوَ اٰیٰتٌۢ بَیِّنٰتٌ فِیۡ صُدُوۡرِ الَّذِیۡنَ اُوۡتُوا الۡعِلۡمَ ؕ
Nay, it is a collection of clear Signs in the
ii
وَالَّذِیۡنَ جَاہَدُوۡا فِیۡنَا لَنَہۡدِیَنَّہُمۡ سُبُلَنَا ؕ وَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَمَعَ الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ
And as for those who strive in Our path —
165
وَالَّذِیۡنَ جَاہَدُوۡا فِیۡنَا لَنَہۡدِیَنَّہُمۡ سُبُلَنَا ؕ وَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَمَعَ الۡمُحۡسِنِیۡنَ
And as for those who strive in Our path —
Ar-Rum
137
غُلِبَتِ الرُّوۡمُ ۙ﴿۳﴾
The Romans have been defeated,
137
فِیۡۤ اَدۡنَی الۡاَرۡضِ وَہُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ غَلَبِہِمۡ سَیَغۡلِبُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۴﴾
In the land nearby, and they, after their defeat, will
As-Sajdah
194
قُلۡ یَتَوَفّٰٮکُمۡ مَّلَکُ الۡمَوۡتِ الَّذِیۡ وُکِّلَ بِکُمۡ ثُمَّ اِلٰی رَبِّکُمۡ
Say, ‘The angel of death that has been put in
Al-Ahzab
v
اِنَّ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ وَالۡمُسۡلِمٰتِ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ وَالۡقٰنِتِیۡنَ وَالۡقٰنِتٰتِ وَالصّٰدِقِیۡنَ وَالصّٰدِقٰتِ وَالصّٰبِرِیۡنَ
Surely, men who submit themselves to God and women who
234
ۣالَّذِیۡنَ یُبَلِّغُوۡنَ رِسٰلٰتِ اللّٰہِ وَیَخۡشَوۡنَہٗ وَلَا یَخۡشَوۡنَ اَحَدًا اِلَّا اللّٰہَ
Those who delivered the Messages of Allah and feared Him,
139
مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men,
140
مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men,
180
مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men,
vii
مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men,
205
مَا کَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَبَاۤ اَحَدٍ مِّنۡ رِّجَالِکُمۡ وَلٰکِنۡ رَّسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men,
88
اِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا الۡاَمَانَۃَ عَلَی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَالۡجِبَالِ فَاَبَیۡنَ اَنۡ یَّحۡمِلۡنَہَا
Verily, We offered the Trust to the heavens and the
Ya Sin
182
قِیۡلَ ادۡخُلِ الۡجَنَّۃَ ؕ قَالَ یٰلَیۡتَ قَوۡمِیۡ یَعۡلَمُوۡنَ ﴿ۙ۲۷﴾
It was said to him, ‘Enter Paradise.’ He said, ‘O,
Az-Zumar
236
قُلۡ یٰعِبَادِیَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَسۡرَفُوۡا عَلٰۤی اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ لَا تَقۡنَطُوۡا مِنۡ رَّحۡمَۃِ
Say, “O My servants who have committed excesses against their
Al-Mu'min
444
وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مُّؤۡمِنٌ ٭ۖ مِّنۡ اٰلِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ یَکۡتُمُ اِیۡمَانَہٗۤ اَتَقۡتُلُوۡنَ
And a believing man from among the people of Pharaoh,
445
وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مُّؤۡمِنٌ ٭ۖ مِّنۡ اٰلِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ یَکۡتُمُ اِیۡمَانَہٗۤ اَتَقۡتُلُوۡنَ
And a believing man from among the people of Pharaoh,
445
وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مُّؤۡمِنٌ ٭ۖ مِّنۡ اٰلِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ یَکۡتُمُ اِیۡمَانَہٗۤ اَتَقۡتُلُوۡنَ
And a believing man from among the people of Pharaoh,
285
لَخَلۡقُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ اَکۡبَرُ مِنۡ خَلۡقِ النَّاسِ وَلٰکِنَّ اَکۡثَرَ النَّاسِ
Certainly, the creation of the heavens and the earth is
Ha Mim As-Sajdah
425
اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ قَالُوۡا رَبُّنَا اللّٰہُ ثُمَّ اسۡتَقَامُوۡا تَتَنَزَّلُ عَلَیۡہِمُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ
As for those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allah,’ and
425
نَحۡنُ اَوۡلِیٰٓؤُکُمۡ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَفِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ ۚ وَلَکُمۡ فِیۡہَا
‘We are your friends in this life and in the
425
نُزُلًا مِّنۡ غَفُوۡرٍ رَّحِیۡمٍ ﴿٪۳۳﴾
‘An entertainment from the Most Forgiving, the Merciful.’
18
ٱدۡفَعۡ بِٱلَّتِي هِيَ أَحۡسَنُ فَإِذَا ٱلَّذِي بَيۡنَكَ وَبَيۡنَهُۥ عَدَٰوَةٞ كَأَنَّهُۥ وَلِيٌّ حَمِيمٞ
Repel evil with that which is best. And lo, he between whom and thyself was enmity will become as though he were a warm friend.
Ash-Shura
iii
وَجَزَـٰٓؤُاْ سَيِّئَةٖ سَيِّئَةٞ مِّثۡلُهَا ۖ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَأَصۡلَحَ فَأَجۡرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ
And the recompense of an injury is an injury the like thereof; but whoso forgives and his act brings about reformation, his reward is with Allah.
78
وَجَزَـٰٓؤُاْ سَيِّئَةٖ سَيِّئَةٞ مِّثۡلُهَا ۖ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَأَصۡلَحَ فَأَجۡرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ
And the recompense of an injury is an injury the like thereof; but whoso forgives and his act brings about reformation, his reward is with Allah.
Al-Hujurat
iii
وَاعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ فِیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ ؕ لَوۡ یُطِیۡعُکُمۡ فِیۡ کَثِیۡرٍ
And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah;
iii
فَضۡلًا مِّنَ اللّٰہِ وَنِعۡمَۃً ؕ وَاللّٰہُ عَلِیۡمٌ حَکِیۡمٌ ﴿۹﴾
Through the grace and favour of Allah. And Allah is
19
لَا يَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٞ مِّن قَوۡمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُواْ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَلَا نِسَآءٞ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيۡرٗا مِّنۡهُنَّ ۖ وَلَا تَلۡمِزُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَلَا تَنَابَزُواْ بِٱلۡأَلۡقَٰبِ ۖ
let not one people deride another people, who may be better than they, nor let women deride other women, who may be better than they. And defame not your own people, nor call one another by nicknames.
19
ٱجۡتَنِبُواْ كَثِيرٗا مِّنَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِثۡمٞ ۖ وَلَا تَجَسَّسُواْ وَلَا يَغۡتَب بَّعۡضُكُم بَعۡضًا ۚ أَخِيهِ ......وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٞ رَّحِيمٞ
avoid most of suspicions; for suspicion in some cases is a sin. And spy not, nor back-bite one another..... And fear Allah, surely, Allah is Oft-Returning with compassion and is Merciful.
Al-Waqi`ah
160
لَّا یَمَسُّہٗۤ اِلَّا الۡمُطَہَّرُوۡنَ ﴿ؕ۸۰﴾
Which none shall touch except those who are purified.
Al-Hadid
186
لَقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا بِالۡبَیِّنٰتِ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مَعَہُمُ الۡکِتٰبَ وَالۡمِیۡزَانَ لِیَقُوۡمَ النَّاسُ
Verily, We sent Our Messengers with manifest Signs and sent
Al-Mujadalah
69
لَا تَجِدُ قَوۡمًا یُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَالۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ یُوَآدُّوۡنَ مَنۡ حَآدَّ
Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah
iii
لَا تَجِدُ قَوۡمًا یُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَالۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ یُوَآدُّوۡنَ مَنۡ حَآدَّ
Thou wilt not find any people who believe in Allah
Al-Mumtahinah
41
لَا یَنۡہٰٮکُمُ اللّٰہُ عَنِ الَّذِیۡنَ لَمۡ یُقَاتِلُوۡکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ وَلَمۡ
Allah forbids you not, respecting those who have not fought
41
اِنَّمَا یَنۡہٰٮکُمُ اللّٰہُ عَنِ الَّذِیۡنَ قٰتَلُوۡکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ وَاَخۡرَجُوۡکُمۡ مِّنۡ
Allah only forbids you, respecting those who have fought against
As-Saff
204
وَاِذۡ قَالَ عِیۡسَی ابۡنُ مَرۡیَمَ یٰبَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِیۡلَ اِنِّیۡ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰہِ
And remember when Jesus, son of Mary, said, ‘O children
Al-Jumu`ah
159
ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ بَعَثَ فِی الۡاُمِّیّٖنَ رَسُوۡلًا مِّنۡہُمۡ یَتۡلُوۡا عَلَیۡہِمۡ اٰیٰتِہٖ
He it is Who has raised among the Unlettered people
At-Talaq
iii
اَعَدَّ اللّٰہُ لَہُمۡ عَذَابًا شَدِیۡدًا ۙ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ یٰۤاُولِی الۡاَلۡبَابِ
Allah has prepared for them a severe punishment; so fear
iii
رَّسُوۡلًا یَّتۡلُوۡا عَلَیۡکُمۡ اٰیٰتِ اللّٰہِ مُبَیِّنٰتٍ لِّیُخۡرِجَ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا
A Messenger, who recites unto you the clear Signs of
Al-Qalam
9
وَاِنَّکَ لَعَلٰی خُلُقٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۵﴾
And thou dost surely possess high moral excellences.
62
وَاِنَّکَ لَعَلٰی خُلُقٍ عَظِیۡمٍ ﴿۵﴾
And thou dost surely possess high moral excellences.
Al-Jinn
140
عٰلِمُ الۡغَیۡبِ فَلَا یُظۡہِرُ عَلٰی غَیۡبِہٖۤ اَحَدًا ﴿ۙ۲۷﴾
He is the Knower of the unseen; and He reveals
147
عٰلِمُ الۡغَیۡبِ فَلَا یُظۡہِرُ عَلٰی غَیۡبِہٖۤ اَحَدًا ﴿ۙ۲۷﴾
He is the Knower of the unseen; and He reveals
357
عٰلِمُ الۡغَیۡبِ فَلَا یُظۡہِرُ عَلٰی غَیۡبِہٖۤ اَحَدًا ﴿ۙ۲۷﴾
He is the Knower of the unseen; and He reveals
140
اِلَّا مَنِ ارۡتَضٰی مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ فَاِنَّہٗ یَسۡلُکُ مِنۡۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡہِ
Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of
147
اِلَّا مَنِ ارۡتَضٰی مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ فَاِنَّہٗ یَسۡلُکُ مِنۡۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡہِ
Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of
357
اِلَّا مَنِ ارۡتَضٰی مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ فَاِنَّہٗ یَسۡلُکُ مِنۡۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡہِ
Except to him whom He chooses, namely a Messenger of
Al-Qiyamah
2
وَلَاۤ اُقۡسِمُ بِالنَّفۡسِ اللَّوَّامَۃِ ؕ﴿۳﴾
And I do call to witness the self-accusing soul, that
Ad-Dahr
58
وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾
And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the
58
اِنَّمَا نُطۡعِمُکُمۡ لِوَجۡہِ اللّٰہِ لَا نُرِیۡدُ مِنۡکُمۡ جَزَآءً وَّلَا شُکُوۡرًا
Saying, ‘We feed you for Allah’s pleasure only. We desire
Al-Fajr
3
یٰۤاَیَّتُہَا النَّفۡسُ الۡمُطۡمَئِنَّۃُ ﴿٭ۖ۲۸﴾
And thou, O soul at peace!
68
یٰۤاَیَّتُہَا النَّفۡسُ الۡمُطۡمَئِنَّۃُ ﴿٭ۖ۲۸﴾
And thou, O soul at peace!
3
ارۡجِعِیۡۤ اِلٰی رَبِّکِ رَاضِیَۃً مَّرۡضِیَّۃً ﴿ۚ۲۹﴾
Return to thy Lord well pleased with Him and He
68
ارۡجِعِیۡۤ اِلٰی رَبِّکِ رَاضِیَۃً مَّرۡضِیَّۃً ﴿ۚ۲۹﴾
Return to thy Lord well pleased with Him and He
3
فَادۡخُلِیۡ فِیۡ عِبٰدِیۡ ﴿ۙ۳۰﴾
So enter thou among My chosen servants,
68
فَادۡخُلِیۡ فِیۡ عِبٰدِیۡ ﴿ۙ۳۰﴾
So enter thou among My chosen servants,
3
وَادۡخُلِیۡ جَنَّتِیۡ ﴿٪۳۱﴾
And enter thou My Garden.
68
وَادۡخُلِیۡ جَنَّتِیۡ ﴿٪۳۱﴾
And enter thou My Garden.
ii
وَادۡخُلِیۡ جَنَّتِیۡ ﴿٪۳۱﴾
And enter thou My Garden.
Al-Balad
39
ثُمَّ کَانَ مِنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَتَوَاصَوۡا بِالصَّبۡرِ وَتَوَاصَوۡا بِالۡمَرۡحَمَۃِ ﴿ؕ۱۸﴾
Again, he should have been of those who believe and
Ash-Shams
4
قَدۡ اَفۡلَحَ مَنۡ زَکّٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۱۰﴾
He indeed truly prospers who purifies it,
4
وَقَدۡ خَابَ مَنۡ دَسّٰٮہَا ﴿ؕ۱۱﴾
And he who corrupts it is ruined.
Al-Qadr
186
اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنٰہُ فِیۡ لَیۡلَۃِ الۡقَدۡرِ ۚ﴿ۖ۲﴾
Surely, We sent it down on the Night of Destiny.
Al-`Asr
vi
اِلَّا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَتَوَاصَوۡا بِالۡحَقِّ ۬ۙ وَتَوَاصَوۡا بِالصَّبۡرِ
Except those who believe and do good works, and exhort
Al-Falaq
286
وَمِنۡ شَرِّ النَّفّٰثٰتِ فِی الۡعُقَدِ ۙ﴿۵﴾
‘And from the evil of those who blow into knots
