اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۲﴾

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,

بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ

Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the

بَلٰی ٭ مَنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَجۡرُہٗ

Nay, whoever submits himself completely to Allah, and is the

وَقَٰتِلُوهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتۡنَةٞ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِ

And fight them until there is no persecution, and religion is freely professed for Allah.

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ یَّشۡرِیۡ نَفۡسَہُ ابۡتِغَآءَ مَرۡضَاتِ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَاللّٰہُ

And of men there is he who would sell himself

قُلۡ قِتَالٞ فِيهِ كَبِيرٞ ۚ وَصَدٌّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَكُفۡرُۢ بِهِۦ وَٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ وَإِخۡرَاجُ أَهۡلِهِۦ مِنۡهُ أَكۡبَرُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَٱلۡفِتۡنَةُ أَكۡبَرُ مِنَ ٱلۡقَتۡلِ ۗ وَلَا يَزَالُونَ يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَرُدُّوكُمۡ عَن دِينِكُمۡ إِنِ ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ

Say: ‘Fighting therein is a great transgression, but to hinder men from the way of Allah, and to be ungrateful to Him and to hinder men from the Sacred Mosque, and to turn out its people therefrom, is a greater sin with Allah; and persecution is worse than killing.’ And they will not cease fighting you until they turn you back from your faith, if they can.

وَلَا يَأۡبَ ٱلشُّهَدَآءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُواْ

And the witnesses should not refuse when they are called.

وَلَا تَكۡتُمُواْ ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَ ۚ وَمَن يَكۡتُمۡهَا فَإِنَّهُۥٓ ءَاثِمٞ قَلۡبُهُ

And conceal not testimony; and whoever conceals it, his heart is certainly sinful.

قُلۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِي يُحۡبِبۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ

Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you.

قُلۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِي يُحۡبِبۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ

Say, If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you.

قُلۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ تُحِبُّوۡنَ اللّٰہَ فَاتَّبِعُوۡنِیۡ یُحۡبِبۡکُمُ اللّٰہُ وَیَغۡفِرۡ لَکُمۡ

Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah

قُلۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُحِبُّونَ ٱللَّهَ فَٱتَّبِعُونِي يُحۡبِبۡكُمُ ٱللَّهُ

Say, ‘If you love Allah, follow me: then will Allah love you.

وَاَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَالرَّسُوۡلَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ ﴿۱۳۳﴾ۚ

And obey Allah and the Messenger that you be shown

الَّذِیۡنَ یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ فِی السَّرَّآءِ وَالضَّرَّآءِ وَالۡکٰظِمِیۡنَ الۡغَیۡظَ وَالۡعَافِیۡنَ عَنِ النَّاسِ

Those who spend in prosperity and adversity, and those who

وَٱلۡكَٰظِمِينَ ٱلۡغَيۡظَ

And those who suppress anger.

وَٱلۡعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ

And pardon men.

وَٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

And Allah loves those who do good.

وَٱلۡكَٰظِمِينَ ٱلۡغَيۡظَ وَٱلۡعَافِينَ عَنِ ٱلنَّاسِ

And those who suppress anger and pardon men.

وَاعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ وَلَا تُشۡرِکُوۡا بِہٖ شَیۡئًا وَّبِالۡوَالِدَیۡنِ اِحۡسَانًا وَّبِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی

And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show

وَاعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ وَلَا تُشۡرِکُوۡا بِہٖ شَیۡئًا وَّبِالۡوَالِدَیۡنِ اِحۡسَانًا وَّبِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی

And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَاَطِیۡعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ وَاُولِی الۡاَمۡرِ مِنۡکُمۡ

O ye who believe! obey Allah, and obey His Messenger

مَن يَقۡتُلۡ مُؤۡمِنٗا مُّتَعَمِّدٗا

Whoso kills a believer intentionally.

وَلَا تُجَادِلۡ عَنِ الَّذِیۡنَ یَخۡتَانُوۡنَ اَنۡفُسَہُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَا

And plead not on behalf of those who are dishonest

وَمَنۡ اَحۡسَنُ دِیۡنًا مِّمَّنۡ اَسۡلَمَ وَجۡہَہٗ لِلّٰہِ وَہُوَ مُحۡسِنٌ وَّاتَّبَعَ

And who is better in faith than he who submits

كُونُواْ قَوَّـٰمِينَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ شُهَدَآءَ لِلَّهِ وَلَوۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوِ ٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ

Be strict in observing justice, and be witnesses for Allah, even though it be against yourselves or against parents and kindred.

وَلَا يَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُواْ

And let not a people’s enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice.

وَٱبۡتَغُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ ٱلۡوَسِيلَةَ

And seek the way of approach unto Him .

وَإِذَا قُلۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡدِلُواْ وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ

And when you speak, observe justice, even if the concerned person be a relative.

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمۡنَآ أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمۡ تَغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَتَرۡحَمۡنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ

Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves; and if Thou forgive us not and have not mercy on us, we shall surely be of the lost.

یَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الۡاَنۡفَالِ ؕ قُلِ الۡاَنۡفَالُ لِلّٰہِ وَالرَّسُوۡلِ ۚ فَاتَّقُوا

They Ask thee concerning the spoils of war. Say, ‘The

وَمَا کَانَ اللّٰہُ لِیُعَذِّبَہُمۡ وَاَنۡتَ فِیۡہِمۡ ؕ وَمَا کَانَ اللّٰہُ

But Allah would not punish them while thou wast among

وَأَنِ ٱسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ رَبَّكُمۡ ثُمَّ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ

And that you seek forgiveness of your Lord, and then turn to Him.

لَا عَاصِمَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ

There is no shelter for anyone this day, from the decree of Allah, excepting those to whom He shows mercy.

وَمَآ أُبَرِّئُ نَفۡسِيٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ لَأَمَّارَةُۢ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ إِلَّا مَا رَحِمَ رَبِّيٓ

And I do not hold my own self to be free from weakness; for, the soul is surely prone to enjoin evil, save that whereon my Lord has mercy.

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوا الزِّنٰۤی اِنَّہٗ کَانَ فَاحِشَۃً ؕ وَسَآءَ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۳۳﴾

And come not near unto adultery; surely, it is a

وَلَا تَمۡشِ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ مَرَحًا ۚ اِنَّکَ لَنۡ تَخۡرِقَ الۡاَرۡضَ

And walk not in the earth haughtily, for thou canst

وَمِنَ الَّیۡلِ فَتَہَجَّدۡ بِہٖ نَافِلَۃً لَّکَ ٭ۖ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ یَّبۡعَثَکَ

And wake up for it (the Qur’an) in the latter

اِنَّنِیۡۤ اَنَا اللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا فَاعۡبُدۡنِیۡ ۙ وَاَقِمِ

‘Verily, I am Allah; there is no God beside Me.

اِنَّہٗ مَنۡ یَّاۡتِ رَبَّہٗ مُجۡرِمًا فَاِنَّ لَہٗ جَہَنَّمَ ؕ لَا

Verily, he who comes to his Lord a sinner —

ذٰلِکَ ٭ وَمَنۡ یُّعَظِّمۡ حُرُمٰتِ اللّٰہِ فَہُوَ خَیۡرٌ لَّہٗ عِنۡدَ

That is God’s commandment. And whoso honours the sacred things

فَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ ٱلرِّجۡسَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَوۡثَٰنِ وَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ قَوۡلَ ٱلزُّورِ

Shun therefore the abomination of idols, and shun all words of untruth.

فَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ ٱلرِّجۡسَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَوۡثَٰنِ وَٱجۡتَنِبُواْ قَوۡلَ ٱلزُّورِ

Shun therefore the abomination of idols, and shun all words of untruth.

وَالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ لِفُرُوۡجِہِمۡ حٰفِظُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

And who guard their chastity —

قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡ

Say to the believing men that they restrain their eyes and guard their private parts. That is purer for them.

وَاَقۡسَمُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ جَہۡدَ اَیۡمَانِہِمۡ لَئِنۡ اَمَرۡتَہُمۡ لَیَخۡرُجُنَّ ؕ قُلۡ لَّا

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that, if

وَاَقۡسَمُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ جَہۡدَ اَیۡمَانِہِمۡ لَئِنۡ اَمَرۡتَہُمۡ لَیَخۡرُجُنَّ ؕ قُلۡ لَّا

And they swear by Allah their strongest oaths that, if

وَاَقِیۡمُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَاٰتُوا الزَّکٰوۃَ وَاَطِیۡعُوا الرَّسُوۡلَ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ ﴿۵۷﴾

And observe Prayer and give the Zakat and obey the

وَعِبَادُ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الَّذِیۡنَ یَمۡشُوۡنَ عَلَی الۡاَرۡضِ ہَوۡنًا وَّاِذَا خَاطَبَہُمُ الۡجٰہِلُوۡنَ

And the servants of the Gracious God are those who

لَا يَشۡهَدُونَ ٱلزُّورَ

Bear not false witness.

فَاِنۡ لَّمۡ یَسۡتَجِیۡبُوۡا لَکَ فَاعۡلَمۡ اَنَّمَا یَتَّبِعُوۡنَ اَہۡوَآءَہُمۡ ؕ وَمَنۡ

But if they answer thee not, then know that they

وَابۡتَغِ فِیۡمَاۤ اٰتٰٮکَ اللّٰہُ الدَّارَ الۡاٰخِرَۃَ وَلَا تَنۡسَ نَصِیۡبَکَ مِنَ

‘And seek, in that which Allah has given thee, the

وَاِذۡ قَالَ لُقۡمٰنُ لِابۡنِہٖ وَہُوَ یَعِظُہٗ یٰبُنَیَّ لَا تُشۡرِکۡ بِاللّٰہِ

And remember when Luqman said to his son while exhorting

وَلَا تُصَعِّرۡ خَدَّکَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمۡشِ فِی الۡاَرۡضِ مَرَحًا ؕ

‘And turn not thy cheek away from men in pride

وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقَٰتِ

And truthful men and truthful women.

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ وَمَلٰٓئِکَتَہٗ یُصَلُّوۡنَ عَلَی النَّبِیِّ ؕ یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا

Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. O

اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ الَّذِیۡ لَہٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ

All praise is due to Allah, to Whom belongs whatever

اَلَا لِلّٰہِ الدِّیۡنُ الۡخَالِصُ ؕ وَالَّذِیۡنَ اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِہٖۤ اَوۡلِیَآءَ

Hearken, it is to Allah alone that sincere obedience is

اَلَا لِلّٰہِ الدِّیۡنُ الۡخَالِصُ ؕ وَالَّذِیۡنَ اتَّخَذُوۡا مِنۡ دُوۡنِہٖۤ اَوۡلِیَآءَ

Hearken, it is to Allah alone that sincere obedience is

قُلۡ يَٰعِبَادِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡرَفُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ

Say, O My servants who have committed excesses against their own souls!

جَزَـٰٓؤُاْ سَيِّئَةٖ سَيِّئَةٞ مِّثۡلُهَا ۖ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَأَصۡلَحَ فَأَجۡرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ

The recompense of an injury is an injury the like thereof; but whoso forgives and his act brings about reformation, his reward is with Allah.

فَاخۡتَلَفَ الۡاَحۡزَابُ مِنۡۢ بَیۡنِہِمۡ ۚ فَوَیۡلٌ لِّلَّذِیۡنَ ظَلَمُوۡا مِنۡ عَذَابِ

But the parties differed among themselves. So woe to the

وَاعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ فِیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ ؕ لَوۡ یُطِیۡعُکُمۡ فِیۡ کَثِیۡرٍ

And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah;

وَاِبۡرٰہِیۡمَ الَّذِیۡ وَفّٰۤی ﴿ۙ۳۸﴾

And of Abraham who fulfilled the commandments? —

وَلَقَدۡ یَسَّرۡنَا الۡقُرۡاٰنَ لِلذِّکۡرِ فَہَلۡ مِنۡ مُّدَّکِرٍ ﴿۱۸﴾

And indeed We have made the Qur’an easy to understand

ہَلۡ جَزَآءُ الۡاِحۡسَانِ اِلَّا الۡاِحۡسَانُ ﴿ۚ۶۱﴾

The reward of goodness is nothing but goodness.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِذَا جَآءَکَ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ یُبَایِعۡنَکَ عَلٰۤی اَنۡ لَّا یُشۡرِکۡنَ

O Prophet! when believing women come to thee, taking the

یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِذَا جَآءَکَ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ یُبَایِعۡنَکَ عَلٰۤی اَنۡ لَّا یُشۡرِکۡنَ

O Prophet! when believing women come to thee, taking the

وَلَا يَعۡصِينَكَ فِي مَعۡرُوفٖ

Nor disobey thee in what is right.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِذَا جَآءَکَ الۡمُؤۡمِنٰتُ یُبَایِعۡنَکَ عَلٰۤی اَنۡ لَّا یُشۡرِکۡنَ

O Prophet! when believing women come to thee, taking the

وَلَا يَعۡصِينَكَ فِي مَعۡرُوفٖ

Nor disobey thee in what is right.

فَقُلۡتُ اسۡتَغۡفِرُوۡا رَبَّکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ غَفَّارًا ﴿ۙ۱۱﴾

“And I said, ‘Seek forgiveness of your Lord; for He

یُّرۡسِلِ السَّمَآءَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ مِّدۡرَارًا ﴿ۙ۱۲﴾

‘He will send down rain for you in abundance,

وَّیُمۡدِدۡکُمۡ بِاَمۡوَالٍ وَّبَنِیۡنَ وَیَجۡعَلۡ لَّکُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ وَّیَجۡعَلۡ لَّکُمۡ اَنۡہٰرًا ﴿ؕ۱۳﴾

‘And He will strengthen you with wealth and with children,

وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾

And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the

وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾

And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the

وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾

And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the

وَیُطۡعِمُوۡنَ الطَّعَامَ عَلٰی حُبِّہٖ مِسۡکِیۡنًا وَّیَتِیۡمًا وَّاَسِیۡرًا ﴿۹﴾

And they feed, for love of Him, the poor, the

اِنَّا نَخَافُ مِنۡ رَّبِّنَا یَوۡمًا عَبُوۡسًا قَمۡطَرِیۡرًا ﴿۱۱﴾

‘Verily, we fear from our Lord a frowning and distressful

فَوَقٰہُمُ اللّٰہُ شَرَّ ذٰلِکَ الۡیَوۡمِ وَلَقّٰہُمۡ نَضۡرَۃً وَّسُرُوۡرًا ﴿ۚ۱۲﴾

So Allah will save them from the evil of that

وَاَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّہٖ وَنَہَی النَّفۡسَ عَنِ الۡہَوٰی ﴿ۙ۴۱﴾

But as for him who fears to stand before his

وَاَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّہٖ وَنَہَی النَّفۡسَ عَنِ الۡہَوٰی ﴿ۙ۴۱﴾

But as for him who fears to stand before his

فَاِنَّ الۡجَنَّۃَ ہِیَ الۡمَاۡوٰی ﴿ؕ۴۲﴾

The Garden shall surely be his home.

فَاِنَّ الۡجَنَّۃَ ہِیَ الۡمَاۡوٰی ﴿ؕ۴۲﴾

The Garden shall surely be his home.

یٰۤاَیَّتُہَا النَّفۡسُ الۡمُطۡمَئِنَّۃُ ﴿٭ۖ۲۸﴾

And thou, O soul at peace!

ارۡجِعِیۡۤ اِلٰی رَبِّکِ رَاضِیَۃً مَّرۡضِیَّۃً ﴿ۚ۲۹﴾

Return to thy Lord well pleased with Him and He

فَادۡخُلِیۡ فِیۡ عِبٰدِیۡ ﴿ۙ۳۰﴾

So enter thou among My chosen servants,

وَادۡخُلِیۡ جَنَّتِیۡ ﴿٪۳۱﴾

And enter thou My Garden.

وَمَاۤ اُمِرُوۡۤا اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مُخۡلِصِیۡنَ لَہُ الدِّیۡنَ ۬ۙ حُنَفَآءَ

And they were not commanded but to serve Allah, being

وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوۡاْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ

And exhort one another to accept truth, and exhort one another to be steadfast.

فَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِ رَبِّکَ وَاسۡتَغۡفِرۡہُ ؕؔ اِنَّہٗ کَانَ تَوَّابًا ﴿٪۴﴾

Glorify thy Lord, with His praise, and seek forgiveness of
