ذٰلِکَ الۡکِتٰبُ لَا رَیۡبَ ۚۖۛ فِیۡہِ ۚۛ ہُدًی لِّلۡمُتَّقِیۡنَ ۙ﴿۳﴾

This is a perfect Book; there is no doubt in

وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ

And give glad tidings to those who believe and do

وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَعَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ

And give glad tidings to those who believe and do

وَکَذٰلِکَ جَعَلۡنٰکُمۡ اُمَّۃً وَّسَطًا لِّتَکُوۡنُوۡا شُہَدَآءَ عَلَی النَّاسِ وَیَکُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلُ

And thus have We made you an exalted nation, that

وَلِکُلٍّ وِّجۡہَۃٌ ہُوَ مُوَلِّیۡہَا فَاسۡتَبِقُوا الۡخَیۡرٰتِ ؕ؃ اَیۡنَ مَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا

And every one has a goal which dominates him; vie,

وَلِکُلٍّ وِّجۡہَۃٌ ہُوَ مُوَلِّیۡہَا فَاسۡتَبِقُوا الۡخَیۡرٰتِ ؕ؃ اَیۡنَ مَا تَکُوۡنُوۡا

And every one has a goal which dominates him; vie,

فَاذۡکُرُوۡنِیۡۤ اَذۡکُرۡکُمۡ وَاشۡکُرُوۡا لِیۡ وَلَا تَکۡفُرُوۡنِ ﴿۱۵۳﴾٪

Therefore remember Me, and I will remember you; and be

فَاذۡکُرُوۡنِیۡۤ اَذۡکُرۡکُمۡ وَاشۡکُرُوۡا لِیۡ وَلَا تَکۡفُرُوۡنِ ﴿۱۵۳﴾٪

Therefore remember Me, and I will remember you; and be

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ یَّتَّخِذُ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ اَنۡدَادًا یُّحِبُّوۡنَہُمۡ کَحُبِّ

And there are some among men who take for themselves

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُتِبَ عَلَیۡکُمُ الصِّیَامُ کَمَا کُتِبَ عَلَی الَّذِیۡنَ

O ye who believe! fasting is prescribed for you, as

لِتُكَبِّرُواْ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَىٰكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ

And that you may exalt Allah for His having guided you and that you may be grateful.

یَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الۡاَہِلَّۃِ ؕ قُلۡ ہِیَ مَوَاقِیۡتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالۡحَجِّ ؕ

They ask thee about the new moons. Say, ‘They are means for measuring time for the general good of mankind and for the Pilgrimage.’ And it is not righteousness that you come into houses by the backs thereof; but truly righteous is he who fears God. And you should come into houses by the doors thereof; and fear Allah that you may prosper.

فَمَنِ ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَٱعۡتَدُواْ عَلَيۡهِ بِمِثۡلِ مَا ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ

So, whoso transgresses against you, punish him for his transgression to the extent to which he has transgressed against you.

اَلۡحَجُّ اَشۡہُرٌ مَّعۡلُوۡمٰتٌ ۚ فَمَنۡ فَرَضَ فِیۡہِنَّ الۡحَجَّ فَلَا رَفَثَ

The months of the Hajj are well known; so whoever

وَلَٰكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡ

But He will call you to account for what your hearts have earned.

فَمَثَلُهُۥ كَمَثَلِ صَفۡوَانٍ عَلَيۡهِ تُرَابٞ فَأَصَابَهُۥ وَابِلٞ فَتَرَكَهُۥ صَلۡدٗا

His case is like the case of a smooth rock covered with earth, on which heavy rain falls, leaving it bare, smooth and hard.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اَنۡفِقُوۡا مِنۡ طَیِّبٰتِ مَا کَسَبۡتُمۡ وَمِمَّاۤ اَخۡرَجۡنَا

O ye who believe! spend of the good things that

وَإِن تُبۡدُواْ مَا فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ أَوۡ تُخۡفُوهُ يُحَاسِبۡكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ

And whether you disclose what is in your minds or keep it hidden, Allah will call you to account for it;

قُلۡ یٰۤاَہۡلَ الۡکِتٰبِ تَعَالَوۡا اِلٰی کَلِمَۃٍ سَوَآءٍۢ بَیۡنَنَا وَبَیۡنَکُمۡ اَلَّا

Say, ‘O People of the Book! come to a word

اِنۡ یَّمۡسَسۡکُمۡ قَرۡحٌ فَقَدۡ مَسَّ الۡقَوۡمَ قَرۡحٌ مِّثۡلُہٗ ؕ وَتِلۡکَ

If you have received an injury, surely the disbelieving people

ٱلَّذِينَ يَذۡكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٰمٗا وَقُعُودٗا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمۡ

Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides.

اِنَّمَا التَّوۡبَۃُ عَلَی اللّٰہِ لِلَّذِیۡنَ یَعۡمَلُوۡنَ السُّوۡٓءَ بِجَہَالَۃٍ ثُمَّ یَتُوۡبُوۡنَ

Verily, Allah undertakes to accept the repentance of only those

وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوۡا مَا فَضَّلَ اللّٰہُ بِہٖ بَعۡضَکُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ ؕ

And covet not that whereby Allah has made some of

وَاعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ وَلَا تُشۡرِکُوۡا بِہٖ شَیۡئًا وَّبِالۡوَالِدَیۡنِ اِحۡسَانًا وَّبِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی

And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show

وَاعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ وَلَا تُشۡرِکُوۡا بِہٖ شَیۡئًا وَّبِالۡوَالِدَیۡنِ اِحۡسَانًا وَّبِذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی

And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُکُمۡ اَنۡ تُؤَدُّوا الۡاَمٰنٰتِ اِلٰۤی اَہۡلِہَا ۙ وَاِذَا

Verily, Allah commands you to make over the trusts to

وَمَنۡ یُّطِعِ اللّٰہَ وَالرَّسُوۡلَ فَاُولٰٓئِکَ مَعَ الَّذِیۡنَ اَنۡعَمَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیۡہِمۡ

And whoso obeys Allah and this Messenger of His shall

ذٰلِکَ الۡفَضۡلُ مِنَ اللّٰہِ ؕ وَکَفٰی بِاللّٰہِ عَلِیۡمًا ﴿٪۷۱﴾

This grace is from Allah, and sufficient is Allah, the

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا خُذُوۡا حِذۡرَکُمۡ فَانۡفِرُوۡا ثُبَاتٍ اَوِ انۡفِرُوۡا جَمِیۡعًا

O ye who believe! take your precautions; then either go

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰمِیۡنَ لِلّٰہِ شُہَدَآءَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ ۫ وَلَا

O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُوۡنُوۡا قَوّٰمِیۡنَ لِلّٰہِ شُہَدَآءَ بِالۡقِسۡطِ ۫ وَلَا

O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ ۖ لَا يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إِذَا ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُمۡ

O ye who believe! be heedful of your own selves. He who goes astray cannot harm you when you yourselves are rightly guided.

يَعۡدِلُونَ

All praise belongs to Allah Who created the heavens and

وَجَعَلُوۡا لِلّٰہِ شُرَکَآءَ الۡجِنَّ وَخَلَقَہُمۡ وَخَرَقُوۡا لَہٗ بَنِیۡنَ وَبَنٰتٍۭ بِغَیۡرِ

And they hold the Jinn to be partners with Allah,

لَا تُدۡرِکُہُ الۡاَبۡصَارُ ۫ وَہُوَ یُدۡرِکُ الۡاَبۡصَارَ ۚ وَہُوَ اللَّطِیۡفُ

Eyes cannot reach Him but He reaches the eyes. And

لَا تُدۡرِکُہُ الۡاَبۡصَارُ ۫ وَہُوَ یُدۡرِکُ الۡاَبۡصَارَ ۚ وَہُوَ اللَّطِیۡفُ

Eyes cannot reach Him but He reaches the eyes. And

قُلۡ لَّاۤ اَجِدُ فِیۡ مَاۤ اُوۡحِیَ اِلَیَّ مُحَرَّمًا عَلٰی طَاعِمٍ

Say, ‘I find not in what has been revealed to

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُواْ ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ

And that you approach not foul deeds, whether open or secret;

مَنۡ جَآءَ بِالۡحَسَنَۃِ فَلَہٗ عَشۡرُ اَمۡثَالِہَا ۚ وَمَنۡ جَآءَ بِالسَّیِّئَۃِ

Whoso does a good deed shall have ten times as

وَالۡوَزۡنُ یَوۡمَئِذِ ۣالۡحَقُّ ۚ فَمَنۡ ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَازِیۡنُہٗ فَاُولٰٓئِکَ ہُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ

And the weighing on that day will be true. Then

یٰبَنِیۡۤ اٰدَمَ خُذُوۡا زِیۡنَتَکُمۡ عِنۡدَ کُلِّ مَسۡجِدٍ وَّکُلُوۡا وَاشۡرَبُوۡا وَلَا

O children of Adam! look to your adornment at every

قُلۡ مَنۡ حَرَّمَ زِیۡنَۃَ اللّٰہِ الَّتِیۡۤ اَخۡرَجَ لِعِبَادِہٖ وَالطَّیِّبٰتِ مِنَ

Say, ‘Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He

یٰبَنِیۡۤ اٰدَمَ اِمَّا یَاۡتِیَنَّکُمۡ رُسُلٌ مِّنۡکُمۡ یَقُصُّوۡنَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ اٰیٰتِیۡ ۙ

O children of Adam! if Messengers come to you from

لَہُمۡ مِّنۡ جَہَنَّمَ مِہَادٌ وَّمِنۡ فَوۡقِہِمۡ غَوَاشٍ ؕ وَکَذٰلِکَ نَجۡزِی

They shall have a bed of Hell, and over them

اُدۡعُوۡا رَبَّکُمۡ تَضَرُّعًا وَّخُفۡیَۃً ؕ اِنَّہٗ لَا یُحِبُّ الۡمُعۡتَدِیۡنَ ﴿ۚ۵۶﴾

Call upon your Lord in humility and in secret. Surely,

وَرَحۡمَتِي وَسِعَتۡ كُلَّ شَيۡءٖ

but My mercy encompasses all things.

اَلَّذِیۡنَ یَتَّبِعُوۡنَ الرَّسُوۡلَ النَّبِیَّ الۡاُمِّیَّ الَّذِیۡ یَجِدُوۡنَہٗ مَکۡتُوۡبًا عِنۡدَہُمۡ فِی

‘Those who follow the Messenger, the Prophet, the Immaculate one,

اِنَّمَا الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ الَّذِیۡنَ اِذَا ذُکِرَ اللّٰہُ وَجِلَتۡ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ وَاِذَا تُلِیَتۡ

True believers are only those whose hearts tremble when the

قُلۡ اِنۡ کَانَ اٰبَآؤُکُمۡ وَاَبۡنَآؤُکُمۡ وَاِخۡوَانُکُمۡ وَاَزۡوَاجُکُمۡ وَعَشِیۡرَتُکُمۡ وَاَمۡوَالُ ۣاقۡتَرَفۡتُمُوۡہَا

Say, if your fathers, and your sons, and your brethren,

قُلۡ اِنۡ کَانَ اٰبَآؤُکُمۡ وَاَبۡنَآؤُکُمۡ وَاِخۡوَانُکُمۡ وَاَزۡوَاجُکُمۡ وَعَشِیۡرَتُکُمۡ وَاَمۡوَالُ ۣاقۡتَرَفۡتُمُوۡہَا

Say, if your fathers, and your sons, and your brethren,

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ

Allah has promised to believers, men and women, Gardens beneath

وَعَدَ اللّٰہُ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ

Allah has promised to believers, men and women, Gardens beneath

خُذۡ مِنۡ اَمۡوَالِہِمۡ صَدَقَۃً تُطَہِّرُہُمۡ وَتُزَکِّیۡہِمۡ بِہَا وَصَلِّ عَلَیۡہِمۡ ؕ

Take alms out of their wealth, so that thou mayest

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللّٰہَ وَکُوۡنُوۡا مَعَ الصّٰدِقِیۡنَ ﴿۱۱۹﴾

O ye who believe! fear Allah and be with the

اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَرۡجُوۡنَ لِقَآءَنَا وَرَضُوۡا بِالۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَاطۡمَاَنُّوۡا بِہَا

Those who look not for the meeting with Us and

اُولٰٓئِکَ مَاۡوٰٮہُمُ النَّارُ بِمَا کَانُوۡا یَکۡسِبُوۡنَ ﴿۹﴾

It is these whose abode is Fire, because of what

وَلَا تَرۡکَنُوۡۤا اِلَی الَّذِیۡنَ ظَلَمُوۡا فَتَمَسَّکُمُ النَّارُ ۙ وَمَا لَکُمۡ

And incline not toward those who do wrong, lest the

وَاَقِمِ الصَّلٰوۃَ طَرَفَیِ النَّہَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِّنَ الَّیۡلِ ؕ اِنَّ الۡحَسَنٰتِ

And observe Prayer at the two ends of the day,

اَلَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَتَطۡمَئِنُّ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ بِذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ ؕ اَلَا بِذِکۡرِ اللّٰہِ

‘Those who believe, and whose hearts find comfort in the

مِّنۡ وَّرَآئِہٖ جَہَنَّمُ وَیُسۡقٰی مِنۡ مَّآءٍ صَدِیۡدٍ ﴿ۙ۱۷﴾

Before him is Hell; and he shall be made to

لَہَا سَبۡعَۃُ اَبۡوَابٍ ؕ لِکُلِّ بَابٍ مِّنۡہُمۡ جُزۡءٌ مَّقۡسُوۡمٌ ﴿٪۴۵﴾

It has seven gates: and each gate has a portion

لَا یَمَسُّہُمۡ فِیۡہَا نَصَبٌ وَّمَا ہُمۡ مِّنۡہَا بِمُخۡرَجِیۡنَ ﴿۴۹﴾

Fatigue shall not touch them there, nor shall they ever

الَّذِیۡنَ تَتَوَفّٰٮہُمُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ ظَالِمِیۡۤ اَنۡفُسِہِمۡ ۪ فَاَلۡقَوُا السَّلَمَ مَا کُنَّا

Those whom the angels cause to die while they are

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِیۡتَآیِٔ ذِی الۡقُرۡبٰی وَیَنۡہٰی عَنِ

Verily, Allah enjoins justice, and the doing of good to

وَکُلَّ اِنۡسَانٍ اَلۡزَمۡنٰہُ طٰٓئِرَہٗ فِیۡ عُنُقِہٖ ؕ وَنُخۡرِجُ لَہٗ یَوۡمَ

And every man’s works have We fastened to his neck,

وَاٰتِ ذَا الۡقُرۡبٰی حَقَّہٗ وَالۡمِسۡکِیۡنَ وَابۡنَ السَّبِیۡلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرۡ تَبۡذِیۡرًا

And give thou to the kinsman his due, and to

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوا الزِّنٰۤی اِنَّہٗ کَانَ فَاحِشَۃً ؕ وَسَآءَ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۳۳﴾

And come not near unto adultery; surely, it is a

وَلَا تَقۡرَبُوا الزِّنٰۤی اِنَّہٗ کَانَ فَاحِشَۃً ؕ وَسَآءَ سَبِیۡلًا ﴿۳۳﴾

And come not near unto adultery; surely, it is a

وَمَنۡ کَانَ فِیۡ ہٰذِہٖۤ اَعۡمٰی فَہُوَ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَعۡمٰی وَاَضَلُّ

But whoso is blind in this world will be blind

اِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَی الۡاَرۡضِ زِیۡنَۃً لَّہَا لِنَبۡلُوَہُمۡ اَیُّہُمۡ اَحۡسَنُ

Verily, We have made all that is on the earth

ثُمَّ لَنَحۡنُ اَعۡلَمُ بِالَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ اَوۡلٰی بِہَا صِلِیًّا ﴿۷۱﴾

And surely, We know best those most deserving to be

وَاِنۡ مِّنۡکُمۡ اِلَّا وَارِدُہَا ۚ کَانَ عَلٰی رَبِّکَ حَتۡمًا مَّقۡضِیًّا

And there is not one of you but will come

وَمَنۡ اَعۡرَضَ عَنۡ ذِکۡرِیۡ فَاِنَّ لَہٗ مَعِیۡشَۃً ضَنۡکًا وَّنَحۡشُرُہٗ یَوۡمَ

‘But whosoever will turn away from My Reminder, his will

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِیۡۤ اَعۡمٰی وَقَدۡ کُنۡتُ بَصِیۡرًا ﴿۱۲۶﴾

He will say, ‘My Lord, why hast Thou raised me

قَالَ کَذٰلِکَ اَتَتۡکَ اٰیٰتُنَا فَنَسِیۡتَہَا ۚ وَکَذٰلِکَ الۡیَوۡمَ تُنۡسٰی ﴿۱۲۷﴾

God will say, ‘Thus it was to be; Our Signs

وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَیۡنَیۡکَ اِلٰی مَا مَتَّعۡنَا بِہٖۤ اَزۡوَاجًا مِّنۡہُمۡ زَہۡرَۃَ

And strain not thy eyes after what We have bestowed

وَمَن يُعَظِّمۡ شَعَـٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقۡوَى ٱلۡقُلُوبِ

And whoso respects the sacred Signs of Allah — that indeed proceeds from the righteousness of hearts.

لَن يَنَالَ ٱللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَآؤُهَا وَلَٰكِن يَنَالُهُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ مِنكُمۡ

Their flesh reaches not Allah, nor does their blood, but it is your righteousness that reaches Him.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الرُّسُلُ کُلُوۡا مِنَ الطَّیِّبٰتِ وَاعۡمَلُوۡا صَالِحًا ؕ اِنِّیۡ بِمَا

O ye Messengers, eat of the things that are pure,

اَفَحَسِبۡتُمۡ اَنَّمَا خَلَقۡنٰکُمۡ عَبَثًا وَّاَنَّکُمۡ اِلَیۡنَا لَا تُرۡجَعُوۡنَ ﴿۱۱۶﴾

‘Did you then think that We had created you without

قُلۡ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ یَغُضُّوۡا مِنۡ اَبۡصَارِہِمۡ وَیَحۡفَظُوۡا فُرُوۡجَہُمۡ ؕ ذٰلِکَ اَزۡکٰی

Say to the believing men that they restrain their eyes

وَلۡیَسۡتَعۡفِفِ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَجِدُوۡنَ نِکَاحًا حَتّٰی یُغۡنِیَہُمُ اللّٰہُ مِنۡ فَضۡلِہٖ

And those who find no means of marriage should keep

وَلۡیَسۡتَعۡفِفِ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَجِدُوۡنَ نِکَاحًا حَتّٰی یُغۡنِیَہُمُ اللّٰہُ مِنۡ فَضۡلِہٖ

And those who find no means of marriage should keep

اِذَا رَاَتۡہُمۡ مِّنۡ مَّکَانٍۭ بَعِیۡدٍ سَمِعُوۡا لَہَا تَغَیُّظًا وَّزَفِیۡرًا ﴿۱۳﴾

When it sees them from a place far off, they

وَاِذَاۤ اُلۡقُوۡا مِنۡہَا مَکَانًا ضَیِّقًا مُّقَرَّنِیۡنَ دَعَوۡا ہُنَالِکَ ثُبُوۡرًا ﴿ؕ۱۴﴾

And when they are thrown into a narrow place thereof,

وَقَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ لَا یَرۡجُوۡنَ لِقَآءَنَا لَوۡلَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ عَلَیۡنَا الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ اَوۡ

Surely they are too proud of themselves and have greatly exceeded the bounds.

اَمَّنۡ یُّجِیۡبُ الۡمُضۡطَرَّ اِذَا دَعَاہُ وَیَکۡشِفُ السُّوۡٓءَ وَیَجۡعَلُکُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ الۡاَرۡضِ

Or, Who answers the distressed person when he calls upon

وَابۡتَغِ فِیۡمَاۤ اٰتٰٮکَ اللّٰہُ الدَّارَ الۡاٰخِرَۃَ وَلَا تَنۡسَ نَصِیۡبَکَ مِنَ

‘And seek, in that which Allah has given thee, the

إِنَّ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ تَنۡهَىٰ عَنِ ٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَٱلۡمُنكَرِ

Surely, Prayer restrains one from indecency and manifest evil.

اَوَلَمۡ یَرَوۡا اَنَّ اللّٰہَ یَبۡسُطُ الرِّزۡقَ لِمَنۡ یَّشَآءُ وَیَقۡدِرُ ؕ

Have they not seen that Allah enlarges the provision to

فَلَا تَعۡلَمُ نَفۡسٌ مَّاۤ اُخۡفِیَ لَہُمۡ مِّنۡ قُرَّۃِ اَعۡیُنٍ ۚ

And no soul knows what joy of the eyes is

فَمِنۡهُم مَّن قَضَىٰ نَحۡبَهُۥ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَنتَظِرُ

There are some of them who have fulfilled their vow, and some who still wait.

یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّبِیُّ اِنَّاۤ اَحۡلَلۡنَا لَکَ اَزۡوَاجَکَ الّٰتِیۡۤ اٰتَیۡتَ اُجُوۡرَہُنَّ وَمَا

O Prophet, We have made lawful to thee thy wives

وَإِن مِّنۡ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٞ

And there is no people to whom a Warner has not been sent.

وَإِن مِّنۡ أُمَّةٍ إِلَّا خَلَا فِيهَا نَذِيرٞ

And there is no people to whom a Warner has not been sent.

اَلَمۡ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰہَ اَنۡزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً ۚ فَاَخۡرَجۡنَا

Dost thou not see that Allah sends down water from

وَمِنَ النَّاسِ وَالدَّوَآبِّ وَالۡاَنۡعَامِ مُخۡتَلِفٌ اَلۡوَانُہٗ کَذٰلِکَ ؕ اِنَّمَا یَخۡشَی

And of men and beasts and cattle, in like manner,

اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ یَتۡلُوۡنَ کِتٰبَ اللّٰہِ وَاَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوۃَ وَاَنۡفَقُوۡا مِمَّا رَزَقۡنٰہُمۡ

Surely, only those who follow the Book of Allah and

وَالصّٰٓفّٰتِ صَفًّا ۙ﴿۲﴾

By those who range themselves in close ranks,

فَالزّٰجِرٰتِ زَجۡرًا ۙ﴿۳﴾

Then they drive away the enemy vigorously,

فَالتّٰلِیٰتِ ذِکۡرًا ۙ﴿۴﴾

Then they recite the Qur’an as a Reminder,

اِنَّ اِلٰـہَکُمۡ لَوَاحِدٌ ﴿ؕ۵﴾

Surely your God is One,

رَبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَمَا بَیۡنَہُمَا وَرَبُّ الۡمَشَارِقِ ؕ﴿۶﴾

Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that

اِنَّا زَیَّنَّا السَّمَآءَ الدُّنۡیَا بِزِیۡنَۃِ ۣالۡکَوَاکِبِ ۙ﴿۷﴾

We have adorned the lowest heaven with an adornment —

وَحِفۡظًا مِّنۡ کُلِّ شَیۡطٰنٍ مَّارِدٍ ۚ﴿۸﴾

And have guarded it against all rebellious satans.

ہٰذَا ۙ فَلۡیَذُوۡقُوۡہُ حَمِیۡمٌ وَّغَسَّاقٌ ﴿ۙ۵۸﴾

This is what they will have. So let them taste

اَللّٰہُ یَتَوَفَّی الۡاَنۡفُسَ حِیۡنَ مَوۡتِہَا وَالَّتِیۡ لَمۡ تَمُتۡ فِیۡ مَنَامِہَا

Allah takes away the souls of human beings at the

اَللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ الۡاَرۡضَ قَرَارًا وَّالسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً وَّصَوَّرَکُمۡ فَاَحۡسَنَ

Allah it is Who has made for you the earth

ہُوَ الۡحَیُّ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ فَادۡعُوۡہُ مُخۡلِصِیۡنَ لَہُ الدِّیۡنَ

He is the Living God. There is no God but

قُلۡ اِنِّیۡ نُہِیۡتُ اَنۡ اَعۡبُدَ الَّذِیۡنَ تَدۡعُوۡنَ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ

Say, ‘I have been forbidden to worship those whom you

اِنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ قَالُوۡا رَبُّنَا اللّٰہُ ثُمَّ اسۡتَقَامُوۡا تَتَنَزَّلُ عَلَیۡہِمُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ

As for those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allah,’ and

نَحۡنُ اَوۡلِیٰٓؤُکُمۡ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا وَفِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ ۚ وَلَکُمۡ فِیۡہَا

‘We are your friends in this life and in the

وَلَا تَسۡتَوِی الۡحَسَنَۃُ وَلَا السَّیِّئَۃُ ؕ اِدۡفَعۡ بِالَّتِیۡ ہِیَ اَحۡسَنُ

And good and evil are not alike. Repel evil with

وَجَزٰٓؤُا سَیِّئَۃٍ سَیِّئَۃٌ مِّثۡلُہَا ۚ فَمَنۡ عَفَا وَاَصۡلَحَ فَاَجۡرُہٗ عَلَی

And the recompense of an injury is an injury the

ہٰۤاَنۡتُمۡ ہٰۤؤُلَآءِ تُدۡعَوۡنَ لِتُنۡفِقُوۡا فِیۡ سَبِیۡلِ اللّٰہِ ۚ فَمِنۡکُمۡ مَّنۡ

Behold, you are those who are called upon to spend

وَاعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّ فِیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلَ اللّٰہِ ؕ لَوۡ یُطِیۡعُکُمۡ فِیۡ کَثِیۡرٍ

And know that among you is the Messenger of Allah;

وَاِنۡ طَآئِفَتٰنِ مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ اقۡتَتَلُوۡا فَاَصۡلِحُوۡا بَیۡنَہُمَا ۚ فَاِنۡۢ بَغَتۡ

And if two parties of believers fight against each other,

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا لَا یَسۡخَرۡ قَوۡمٌ مِّنۡ قَوۡمٍ عَسٰۤی اَنۡ

O ye who believe! let not one people deride another

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اجۡتَنِبُوۡا کَثِیۡرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ ۫ اِنَّ بَعۡضَ

O ye who believe! avoid most of suspicions; for suspicion

وَفِیۡۤ اَمۡوَالِہِمۡ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَالۡمَحۡرُوۡمِ ﴿۲۰﴾

And in their wealth was a share for one who

وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ الۡجِنَّ وَالۡاِنۡسَ اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوۡنِ ﴿۵۷﴾

And I have not created the Jinn and the men

وَالنَّجۡمِ اِذَا ہَوٰی ۙ﴿۲﴾

By the stemless plant when it falls,

مَا ضَلَّ صَاحِبُکُمۡ وَمَا غَوٰی ۚ﴿۳﴾

Your companion has neither erred, nor has he gone astray,

وَمَا یَنۡطِقُ عَنِ الۡہَوٰی ؕ﴿۴﴾

Nor does he speak out of his own desire.

اِنۡ ہُوَ اِلَّا وَحۡیٌ یُّوۡحٰی ۙ﴿۵﴾

It is nothing but pure revelation that has been revealed

عَلَّمَہٗ شَدِیۡدُ الۡقُوٰی ۙ﴿۶﴾

The Lord of mighty powers has taught him,

يَجۡزِيَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَحۡسَنُواْ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَى

That He may reward with what is best those who do good.

ٱلَّذِينَ يَجۡتَنِبُونَ كَبَـٰٓئِرَ ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّمَمَ

Those who shun the grave sins and immoral actions except minor faults.

وَلِمَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّہٖ جَنَّتٰنِ ﴿ۚ۴۷﴾

But for him who fears to stand before his Lord

ثُمَّ قَفَّیۡنَا عَلٰۤی اٰثَارِہِمۡ بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّیۡنَا بِعِیۡسَی ابۡنِ مَرۡیَمَ وَاٰتَیۡنٰہُ

Then We caused Our Messengers to follow in their footsteps;

لَا یَنۡہٰٮکُمُ اللّٰہُ عَنِ الَّذِیۡنَ لَمۡ یُقَاتِلُوۡکُمۡ فِی الدِّیۡنِ وَلَمۡ

Allah forbids you not, respecting those who have not fought

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا قُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَکُمۡ وَاَہۡلِیۡکُمۡ نَارًا وَّقُوۡدُہَا النَّاسُ وَالۡحِجَارَۃُ

O ye who believe! save yourselves and your families from

یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا تُوۡبُوۡۤا اِلَی اللّٰہِ تَوۡبَۃً نَّصُوۡحًا ؕ عَسٰی

O ye who believe! turn to Allah in sincere repentance.

تَبَٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٌ

;

ۣالَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ الۡمَوۡتَ وَالۡحَیٰوۃَ لِیَبۡلُوَکُمۡ اَیُّکُمۡ اَحۡسَنُ عَمَلًا ؕ وَہُوَ

Who has created death and life that He might try

الَّذِیۡ خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمٰوٰتٍ طِبَاقًا ؕ مَا تَرٰی فِیۡ خَلۡقِ

Who has created seven heavens in harmony. No incongruity canst

ثُمَّ ارۡجِعِ الۡبَصَرَ کَرَّتَیۡنِ یَنۡقَلِبۡ اِلَیۡکَ الۡبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَّہُوَ حَسِیۡرٌ

Aye, look again, and yet again, thy sight will only

اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکُمۡ رَسُوۡلًا ۬ۙ شَاہِدًا عَلَیۡکُمۡ کَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلٰی

Verily, We have sent to you a Messenger, who is

وُجُوۡہٌ یَّوۡمَئِذٍ نَّاضِرَۃٌ ﴿ۙ۲۳﴾

Some faces on that day will be bright,

اِلٰی رَبِّہَا نَاظِرَۃٌ ﴿ۚ۲۴﴾

Looking eagerly towards their Lord;

کَلَّا بَلۡ ٜ رَانَ عَلٰی قُلُوۡبِہِمۡ مَّا کَانُوۡا یَکۡسِبُوۡنَ ﴿۱۵﴾

Nay, but that which they have earned has rusted their

وَنَفۡسٍ وَّمَا سَوّٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۸﴾

And by the soul and its perfection —

فَاَلۡہَمَہَا فُجُوۡرَہَا وَتَقۡوٰٮہَا ۪ۙ﴿۹﴾

And He revealed to it what is wrong for it

لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا الۡاِنۡسَانَ فِیۡۤ اَحۡسَنِ تَقۡوِیۡمٍ ۫﴿۵﴾

Surely, We have created man in the best make;

فَوَیۡلٌ لِّلۡمُصَلِّیۡنَ ۙ﴿۵﴾

So woe to those who pray,

الَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ عَنۡ صَلَاتِہِمۡ سَاہُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۶﴾

But are unmindful of their Prayer.

الَّذِیۡنَ ہُمۡ یُرَآءُوۡنَ ۙ﴿۷﴾

They like to be seen of men,

وَمِنۡ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ اِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٪۶﴾

‘And from the evil of the envier when he envies.’
