v FOREWORD Certain proposals relating to Wa s iyyat were made during Majlis-e-Mush a warat of 1983. After deliberations thereon, Hadrat Khalifatul Masih IV constituted a Committee to 'conduct a thorough review of all the existing rules of Wa s iyyat based on the fundamental objectives of Wa s iyyat ' and 'to make the rules consistent with each other' and present them to H u du r.
