۲۴۰ ابھی اس مراسلہ پر چند دن ہی گزرے تھے کہ صوبہ جناب گورنر صاحب پنجاب کا نوٹس امیر مرکزی مشینری بھی حرکت میں آگئی اور ہوم سیکرڑی حکومت پنجاب نے جناب گورز صاحب پنجاب کی طرف سے ۱۸ مارچ ۱۹۵۳ء کو حضرت مصلح موعود کے نام پنجاب پبلک سیفٹی ایکٹ 90ء کی دفعہ عہ کے تحت ایک نوٹس جاری کر دیا جو حضرت مصلح موعود کے اس پیغام کی بناء پر دیا گیا تھا جو فاسدقی لاہور مار مار یا ستاندر کے صفحہ (ایک) پر شائع ہوا اور جس میں بشارت دی گئی تھی کہ خدا میری مدد کے لیے دوڑا آرہا ہے۔یہ نوٹس حسب ذیل الفاظ میں تھا۔5306 - BDSB Whereas the Governor of the Punjab is satisfied that with a view to preventing Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad, the Head of 'Ahmadiyya' sect, from acting in a manner prejudicial to the public safety and the maintenance of public order, it is necessary to direct the said Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad to abstain from making any speech or publishing any statement or report relating to the Ahrar-Ahmadiyya controversy or the anti-Ahmadiyya agitation or any matter likely to promote feelings of hatred or enmity between various classes; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Punjab Public Safety Act, 1949, the Governor of the Punjab is pleased to direct the aforesaid Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad to abstain from making any speech or publishing any statement or the report relating to the Ahrar-Ahmadiyya controversy or the anti-Ahmadiyya agitation or any matter likely to promote feelings of hatred or enmity between different classes۔By order of the Governor of the Punjab, (Sd) S۔Ghiasud Din Ahmad, Home Secretary to Govt۔Punjab۔Dated 18th March, 1953۔
