- 64 - Exercise No. 5 As usual, carry on with the simulated running of 65 steps. Every time the right foot touches the ground it counts as one step. Supplementary Exercise 1. Stand with your feet together with a slight bend in your knees. Your hands should be on your thighs with arms straight. 2. Do a ‘star’ jump and spread your arms slightly above your head. The arms should be straight. 3. Bring your body to the original position with jumping motion. (This completes one movement of this exercise)
