Lie down on your back and put your hands under your head and intertwine the ngers. (Figure. 1) 2. Lift your body and legs with a bend in your knees, and simultaneously lift your feet off the ground. Twist your body so that the left elbow touches the right knee. (Figure. 2) 3. Lie back once again into the original position. (Figure. 3)
