The Holy Qur'an 16. Uthman bin Affan, God be pleased with him, states that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The best among you is the one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it to others. " (Bukhari) 17. Ibn Abbas, God be pleased with him, states that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The case of one who does not learn any portion of the Qur'an is like that of an abandoned house. " (Tirmidhi) 13 -
