58 ٌ ْمَة ی ِ ِ جَر الْجَوَاب فِي ْنَا ی َ َ عَل ْس ی َ وَل ٌ ْمَة ی ِ ِ جَر الْجَوَاب فِي ْنَا ی َ َ عَل ْس ی َ ُوَل َبْذُر ی َ کَان ِ مَا َکْل ْأ اْل ُ کَا ْ لَه ُفَنَهْدِي َبْذُر ی َ کَان ِ مَا َکْل ْأ اْل ُ کَا ْ لَه فَنَهْدِي And I cannot be blamed for my response to his plea; I am only presenting to him the fruit of what he had sown. ْ بِمِثْلِھَا َأْتِي ی َ ف ُ کَذَّابًا ْ أَك فَإِن ْ بِمِثْلِھَا َأْتِي ی َ ف ُ کَذَّابًا ْ أَك ُفَإِن وَیُثْبَر ْ فَیُغْشٰی ْ رَّبِّي ُ مِن ْ أَك ُوَإِن وَیُثْبَر ْ فَیُغْشٰی ْ رَّبِّي ُ مِن ْ أَك وَإِن If I am a liar, he will succeed in composing a qa si dah like the one I have composed; But if I am from God, his mind will be rendered unproductive and he will not be allowed to put his plan into action. ْ ْنَهُم ی ْ وَبَ ْنِي ی ِ بَ هّٰللّٰ ُ ا قَضَاء وَھٰذَا ْ ْنَهُم ی ْ وَبَ ْنِي ی ِ بَ هّٰللّٰ ُ ا قَضَاء ُوَھٰذَا َ یُخْبِر کَان ِ وَمَا َ آیَاتِه ُلِیُظْھِر َ یُخْبِر کَان ِ وَمَا َ آیَاتِه لِیُظْھِر Thus has God given His verdict regarding the issue between me and them, So that He may show His Signs, especially the one foretold by Him! ْ ِ کُلِّھِم َ الْقَوْم دَابِر بِهٰذَا قَطَعْنَا ْ ِ کُلِّھِم َ الْقَوْم دَابِر بِهٰذَا ُقَطَعْنَا ٍ تُجَذَّر ْ کَغُصْن ْ رَبِّي غَادَرَھُم َ ُو ٍ تُجَذَّر ْ کَغُصْن ْ رَبِّي غَادَرَھُم َ و Through this Sign, I have given my judgment regarding all of them; And God my Lord has made them like the branches severed from the trees. َ تَبَارُھَا ْد ی ِ ْ أُر ٍّ قَد َ مُد أَرْض أَرٰی َ تَبَارُھَا ْد ی ِ ْ أُر ٍّ قَد َ مُد أَرْض ُأَرٰی ٍ تُجَذَّر ْ کَغُصْن ْ رَبِّي غَادَرَھُم َ ُو ٍ تُجَذَّر ْ کَغُصْن ْ رَبِّي غَادَرَھُم َ و I can see that the doom of the land of Mudh is nigh; God my Lord has rendered them like a branch that has been cut away. ِ َا مُحْسِنِي ْ بِالْحُمْق ِ وَالْجَھْل ِ وَالرُّغَاء ی َ أ ِ َا مُحْسِنِي ْ بِالْحُمْق ِ وَالْجَھْل ِ وَالرُّغَاء ی َ ُأ َ وَاحْذَر ْعَك ی ِ ْ صَن َ تُبْطِل اْل َ ْدَك ی َ ُرُو َ وَاحْذَر ْعَك ی ِ ْ صَن َ تُبْطِل اْل َ ْدَك ی َ رُو O you who has done a favour to me! Desist from your folly and igno- rance and from grumbling like a camel; And thus render not void the good deed that you have done.
