18 It is not impossible for a Prophet to be born during or after the Holy Prophet s as ; however, it is absolutely impossible that a law-bearing Prophet should appear. ( Abul- H asan a t Muhammad ‘Abdul H ayy Atharu Ibni ‘Abb a s f i D a fi‘il Wisw a s, p. 16, Ma t ba‘ Yūsufi Farangi Ma h al, Lucknow, second ed. ) This learned divine of the Ahl-e-Sunnat, who is remembered as the sea of reason and knowledge and as the best of translators, also says: وکیئ ی ہک آرضحنت ؐ ےک رصع م ی ہ رکےت � ی املعء الہ تنس یھب اس ارم یک رصت� وہ اتکس. اور وبنت آپ ؐ یک اعم ےہ اور وج یبن آپ ؐ ےک ی ہ ن یبن اص ِبح رشع دج� ی د � ِ دمحم� ی اک وہاگ. ت رصعمہ وہاگ عبتم رش�یع� The learned people of the Ahl-e-Sunnat also accept that during the Holy Prophet’s reign there can be no new law-bearing Prophet. Further, his prophethood is ‘ A m [standard], whereas the Prophet who should appear in his era [i. e. after his advent] will be a follower of the law of Muhammad s as. ( Majm u ‘atun li-Fat a w a by Maulaw i ‘Abdul- Hayy , vol. 1, p. 144, Ma t ba‘ Yūsufi, Lucknow, 1314 AH) Similarly the renowned Nawab Sidd i q H asan Kh a n, who is highly revered by the Ahl-e-Hadith, says: آ� ی ا ےہ اس ےک ینعم ْ ل َ نَبِي َّ بَعْدِي ےب الص ےہ اہں ْ ل َ وَحْي َ بَعْد َ مَوْتِی ث ی دح� ہک می رے دعب وکیئ یبن رشع انخس ہن الوے اگ. ی ہ الہ ملع ےک � ی � ی زند�
