And until he has completed the task of reformation, he should have been kept safeguarded from the enemies, and like servants, he should have come and gone under Divine command. In a nutshell, he should appear at a time when the very age should be crying out that there is a need for the coming of a heavenly Reformer and a Book, and then he should be called back through revealed prophecy at such a time when he should have firmly established the plant of reformation and a grand magnificent revolution should have taken place. Now, I affirm this with a great sense of pleasure and pride that the manner in which this argument has so very brilliantly man- ifested in favour of the Qur’an and our Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, it has certainly never done so in favour of any other prophet or book. The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, claimed that he came for all peoples; therefore, the Holy Qur’an took all nations to task for indulging in all kinds of idolatry, sinfulness, and debauchery as it says: 1 َرَهَظ ُداَسَفْلا يِف ِّرَبْلا َوِرْحَبْلا Meaning that, corruption has appeared on land and sea, and then it says: 2 َنْوُكَيِل َنْيِمَلٰعْلِل اًرْيِذَن 1.
