3 ویدوں کا سب خلاصہ ہم نے نیوگ پایا ان پیستکوں کی رُو سے کا رج بھلا یہی ہے درین صفحه 87 In this verse the term Vedas denotes that teaching which has been published by the people of Arya Samaj as true Vedic teachings۔We leave the truth of Vedas to God۔We are unaware of what has been altered in them۔There are hundreds of Hindu sects in India and Punjab claiming to be followers of Vedas۔How can we blame the Vedas for the corruptions of a single sect۔Since it has been proven that Vedas have been corrupted, it is futile to hope for any true guidance۔4 خوش خوش عمل ہیں کرتے او باش سارے اس پر سارے نیوگیوں کا اک آسرا یہی ہے درتین صفحه 90 It should be borne in mind that here the above verse refers to that Vedic teaching which is attributed to the Vedas by the followers of the Arya Samaj۔They claim that the concept of neog is contained in the Vedas۔According to them the practice of neog has been strongly enjoined by the Vedas upon childless families۔and those who have daughters only۔The Ariyas believe that in such cases the Vedas require that the husband should allow his wife to sleep with another man so that, for her salvation, she can bear a son۔She can continue with this practice of neog until she gets eleven sons۔And, in case her husband is on a journey, the wife is authorised to promote relationship with another man with the intention of 'neog' Through this relationship she should get children and on her husband's return present these children to him as a gift telling him that while he had gone out to earn a living, in the meantime she had procured this precious treasure for him۔Human reason and sense of honour can never agree to such a shameless practice when the wife has not acquired a divorce and has not freed herself from lawful wedlock۔Alas, the Arya Samaj attribute these woeful teachings to Vedas۔We cannot believe that Vedas will have such teachings۔It is possible that these may have been converted and included in the Vedas by such Hindu 'Jogis' (hermits) who live a life 2
