Generally Öø n» Ø º and Öø n» × ø è º means the same thing i. e. night, but according to famous lexicographer, Marzuqur Öø n» Ø º is used as opposed to Þø ã ø ^ º and Öø n» × ø è º as opposed to mø ç » Ý º. Öø n» × ø è º like  ø ¡ $ Ú ø è º and Þø $ ^ eø è º is expressive of exaggeration and possesses a wider and more extensive meaning than Öø n» Ø º as mø ç » Ý º which is its opposite, has a wider sense than Þø ã ø ^ º which is opposite of Öø n» Ø º.
