Thirdly, that it is an independent word, not originally Ö n nor . Fourthly, that it is a word and a part of a word, namely the negative and l prefixed to u ô n» à ø. Öø n» k ø (a word denoting a wish): If; only, I wish, would that. mø ^ Öø n» jø ßô o » Ú ô k % Î ø f» Ø ø â F ø ] : O would that I had died before this (19:24).
