But it has a more intensive signification than Æ ø ø g º ; the former is latent anger and the latter is apparent or the former is that which affects a person who has not power to exercise it and the latter that which affects a person who has power to exercise it. This is why Æ ø n» À º is never used about God while Æ ø ø g º has been used in the Qur'an about God (4:94).
